I'm always.
Fair with my reviews.But this time quick trip really let me down.I waited 23 minutes on my lunch Break for a sandwich and a pretzel that tasted like styrofoam and was very blind. Quick trip is not wawa they are not sheetz. Please go to Racetrac. No matter how hard they try, they will never be that good.Please don't spend any of your money here on any of their preordered food because you're gonna be very disappointed

I stopped at a QT on Monday, 2, 2025, around 8:30 pm. The manager, Franky, pumped my gas. Following this, I visited the public restroom, where a young lady named Arly was performing cleaning duties. I was struck by the restroom's exceptional cleanliness, particularly given its location near HWY 75 on Beltline, an area with heavy foot traffic, seeing around 5,000 people daily. This QT location has always been my top choice when in Richardson, and this evening, it demonstrated why it is considered my #1 Quik Trip.

Worst qt I've been too ever.
1st restroom stall it looked like the person peed all over it except in the toilet
Second had tons of toilet paper in it and human waste. Last someone finished all the toilet paper to decorate all the floor with it. Attendant really didn't seem to gaf

Disgusting. Mens restroom was covered in fecal material and both sinks were not functional.

The men’s restroom looks like it hasn’t been truly cleaned in a year. Wiping a mop around the floor does nothing for the toilets, walls and edges. Eww. Usually QT does better.

Today the 06/30 at 01:13 pm ( Tylor S. ) He was very rude with me , I ordered one item , i pull my hand to get it from him and pay because i was not alone but he hold it on his hand and he say “ NO Sr, you have to pay first, i say of course i m going to pay i will not run away why you say this!?
I even ask him again for 3 times, he hold the item like costumers are a thieves
Then when i say i don’t need that anymore he even lies on my face and he say “ i didn’t say anything “ !
He was not professional enough to give a good service or even to apologize
I was very polite i let the item and i left
Seriously QuikTrip can have a better costumer service than this .
