Arrived at 4:40 pm and the door was locked. Storefrontlights were on. Called the number on the Google profile and it doesn't work. Something seems fishy.

Never had a repair this fast before, we had to get the screen replaced on this same exact phone not too long ago and it took 3 times as long to get done as it took here. Would definitely recommend.

Rapid FIX talk about Rapid SCAMMERS!! If the option for 0 stars was there, I would use it!!!!! Don't ever do business with them!! I came from Shreveport, LA 3 hours away on my birthday to get a MacBook Pro. I got there an it was locked??? I had to wait almost 5 hours at bucees in Terrell for him to meet me with a different one and he sold me a 2017 that that had software issues, screen issues, and a blown speaker that was NOT disclosed before, he said it was a 2019 and up charged me. HERES THE KICKER!! I saw the same MacBook on Facebook that someone else was selling and I matched up the serial numbers from a Facebook listing and the one he sold me and guess what... THEY MATCHED!! He charged me $400 for it and I saw the same listing for $230. After finding this out I drove back to Dallas and argued with them because they knew what they did and he tried to sell me a broken one and he offered me my gas money back which he only gave me $30 which is better than nothing after this whole ordeal, but he gave me the original one that he was actually going to sell to me in the first place. He scammed me and I've heard it's not the first time he's scammed other people either; from what the police said. Whatever you do, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!
