I have not had a good experience with the customer servoce of Real Pages. My complaint is due to unreasonably long wait times in response to requests for services on their portal.

I wish I could give zero stars. If you rent with an apartment associated with this company you can expect a plethora of unadvertised fees.

If I could give zero stars I would. Zero customer service. Something very fishy going on with their billing system. Won’t get back to me or the property management about the issue.
