I have not had a good experience with the customer servoce of Real Pages. My complaint is due to unreasonably long wait times in response to requests for services on their portal.

I wish I could give zero stars. If you rent with an apartment associated with this company you can expect a plethora of unadvertised fees.

Im a tenant renting at Property in Grand Prairie called Ronan Apt. I’m very concerned about my account statement since I move in my water bill is $414.60 for a apt. I live at house before and water bill was usually $120 at the most, I couldn’t understand why I contact Water Service in Grand Prairie they send me a water Rate and for every 1,000 gallons of water is $7 dls and for my water bill to be $414.60 is absolutely ridiculous it means I used 66,000 thousand gallons for a 1,000 sqft apartment. I don’t know who is responsible for this but I will get to the bottom of this. I written this review because this statement was sent to me by this company.

Denied apartment for old collection, submitted proof with dispute of it being paid and deleted and me and my apartment patiently wait as they can easily verify online with paid in full letter and debt status and or calling. Call in and they do nothing but say the same thing. Going to be homeless dealin with this company.

Terrible company. I was denied by a luxury complex due to a supposed eviction. When they provided the documentation for the report the eviction wasn’t in my name BUT also listed the address of where I’m currently applying to live as to where the eviction happened

Unbelievable what happened to my first time using this company - organization causes rent and mortgage prices to skyrocket. They are affecting our ability as a people to afford housing. I will never recommend this company- organization. I will not use your services anymore. Definitely not recommended better to pay with checks and I can save tons of dollars.

Why do they make this so difficult? I feel like it is a call center where nobody cares they just deny you for no reason like the least agent cause no one will say anything to them. cause I keep asking myself if this is a true thing. the way they tryna tell you thing that is not true and when you wanna provide them with evidence no one is there to listen. for sure I don't get why apartment complexes have to use this

This company is a fee ridden joke. Fee to process your payment unless its by e-check (like we want to store/provide our checking account number online), they literally charge a fee to set up an automatically recurring payments, 3.10% to be exact (who really does that?). Don't forget to mention all of the rental price fixing they are accused of and have started to settle with. Not only are they receiving money from the property management companies, they rob the renters too!
