NOT EVEN WORTH A STAR, ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GARBAGE, GETTING ANYTHING RESOLVED IS IMPOSSIBLE. IF I DIDN'T HAVE CUSTOMERS WHO USE THEM FOR COMPLIANCE I WOULD NOT!!!

I just applied for an apartment as I live in another property owned by same management company Greystar. I have never been late and do not know or understand what the denial states. This information cannot be correct as I hv been here at the same residence for past 3 years with impeccable rental history. I just spent and lost deposit on moving as I have a 60 day notice and have a very limited bandwidth on time. This information is not correct. I am reading all the negative reviews as it seems this happens quite frequently. I would like some assistance as this is really horrible as the economy is declining & how one "real page" has the ability to report false or inaccurate information.I did NOT see this coming and I am perplexed that no FU or justification is provided with data algorithm & real time information are not accurate.

The worst customer service component EVER!!!! This company's response to a simple question about a cancelled eviction is insane. Are we speaking with real people?

I decided to use this service because they report on-time rent payments as a way to boost my credit score. I'm 62 and would like to purchase a house I have done everything to increase my credit score and nothing is working although I have a 100% payment history. They took 2 payments out of my account this month under RealPage and 1 payment for the same amount under Consumer Rent Reporting. When I tried contacting them I was given another #855-473-7729 that's in Manila Philippines with someone who I can't understand so I asked to be transferred to the US and was told they couldn't so I just called my bank to dispute all 3 transactions and to have my debit card canceled. It's a waste of money to pay $4.99 a month and my score hasn't increased by 5 points since May and it's September.

Look up the Propublica article regarding these thieves. Not to mention the antitrust lawsuit filed against them. Tell me why my rent went up from $1,200 a month for a 3br/2ba apartment in Phoenix to $2200 when I renewed my lease in September 2021 after the complex went with another property management company that uses Realpage/Yieldstar... And then you have the idiots saying "no one forced you to stay" but you don't have much choice when they have a stranglehold on the market and most of properties in the area use them.

This unethical company overinflates rental prices for apartments. The people that work here have no shame or honor. I feel bad for our younger generations who have to struggle to pay rent based off these terribly high made up estimates. I think they are directly related to the suicide rates in America. Our younger generation has no hope for the future because of businesses like yours.

RealPage is a vendor credential service enlisted by one of the property management companies that has requested our repair services. We, together with our three different insurance companies (Auto/Worker's Comp/Liability) have been sending over requested Certificates since May. Unfortunately, this "software" doesn't have common sense and it's difficult to get a "real person" to understand the complexities of having multiple insurance companies for different policy types. My agents are getting extremely frustrated with the constant change in requirements, it doesn't seem that everyone at RealPage is on the "SamePage". We have dealt with several different credentialing service companies over the past 20+years in business and have never had such a difficult time it what should be a very simple process. Would absolutely not recommend RealPage.

this place reported a filled evication before a judgment was entered, the case was thrown out dissm with prejudice months ago and they still have a filled eviction, I didn't get evicted I won my case and they had months to update it , now i'm getting denied by apartments, for an eviction that never happened, this is why these companies have to wait until a judgment is entered before placing something like this on someone's record, yes, I disputed the case, but somethings telling me they're just going to put dismissed with prejudice beside it when it should be removed because I won

Your landlord jack the rent? Tired of seeing homeless people overdosing on the sidewalk? RealPage has played a major role in that homeless person rooting through your trash, muttering to themselves, and overdosing before help can arrive. Property managers use RealPage's YieldStar algorithm to calculate the maximum rent they can extract from tenants, helping to create a dystopian, roofless society that is multiplying on humanity's doorstep. The next time you step over a twitching body on the sidewalk, or step into human biological matter, think of RealPage and YieldStar.

Please contact your Representatives and Regulatory agencies:[Your Name][Your Address][City, State, ZIP][Email Address][Phone Number][Date][Congressman/Senator's Name][Address][City, State, ZIP]Subject: Concerns Regarding RealPage's Rental Management Software PracticesDear [Congressman/Senator's Name],I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention some concerning practices by RealPage, a rental management software vendor, and to request your assistance in addressing these issues. RealPage's practices have led to confusion, financial harm, and a lack of transparency for tenants like myself.Firstly, RealPage misrepresents the nature of the "account number" associated with eChecks. Instead of clarifying that the check number and account number are distinct entities, they have combined them without proper documentation or explanation. This has resulted in confusion for tenants who rely on their software, leading to unintended consequences such as NSF fees when payments are rejected due to insufficient funds. It is evident that RealPage's lack of clear communication and documentation is either a result of negligence or an intentional effort to mislead users.Additionally, RealPage's failure to provide timely notifications regarding payment issues is deeply concerning. As a tenant, I expect to be promptly informed if a payment fails or bounces. However, RealPage's software does not provide email or front-page notifications, which raises suspicions that they may be intentionally delaying notifications to accumulate late fees. This practice is not only deceptive but also places an undue burden on tenants who rely on accurate and timely payment information.I kindly request that you investigate these practices and take appropriate action to protect tenants and ensure that RealPage is held accountable for their actions. Specifically, I urge you to consider the following measures:1. Regulatory scrutiny: Request relevant regulatory bodies to investigate RealPage's practices and assess whether they comply with industry standards and consumer protection laws.2. Enhanced transparency: Advocate for regulations or guidelines that require rental management software vendors to provide clear and accurate documentation regarding payment processes, including distinguishing between account numbers and check numbers.3. Notification requirements: Encourage regulations that mandate timely and reliable notifications to tenants regarding payment failures, ensuring that tenants are promptly informed to rectify any issues and avoid unnecessary penalties.4. Consumer education: Support initiatives to enhance consumer awareness and education regarding eCheck processes, check numbers, and account numbers, helping tenants understand their rights and responsibilities when using rental management software.I believe that addressing these concerns will not only protect tenants from potential financial harm but also promote fair and transparent practices within the rental management software industry.Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I trust that you will take appropriate action to address these issues. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you require any additional information or if I can be of assistance in any way.Sincerely,[Your Name]
