Usually I come here over many other locations closer to my house for your fantastic and timely service. Today was not the case. I was told it would be a 2 - 2 1/2 hour wait which I was prepared for. I showed up on time for my appointment for a 15k service. After 2 hours I overheard the lady at the desk in the waiting room state how the techs showed up late due to the holiday yesterday that's why things were taking so long. How is this acceptable? I showed up on time, why do they get to show up late? And I paid $118 for labor? Really? After hearing that I still continued to wait patiently for another 3 hours, totaling my time there to be 5 hours until the guy came and gave me the paperwork and key. I got to my car after paying nearly $400 (which I expected) to my glove box put on incorrectly. I grew a bit annoyed considering I've already waited so long and you'd think that my glove box would be put on correctly by people who do this for a living. The guy came and took it back to fix. And after it returned 15 mins later, STILL put on incorrectly. And to top it off, after it came back AGAIN, it was STILL put on incorrectly. But I've had it at that point and needed to leave after 5 1/2 hours there. So I will need to find someone to put my glove box on correctly another day. I understand things happen, and I am patient as we are all humans and make mistakes. But this to me seemed like laziness and slacking off by some of your team members. I should not have had to pay that much in labor fees for incomplete, untimely labor.

Terrible experience. My brother was in need of a vehicle and came to test drive and purchase a car that was advertised on their website. We arrive for our scheduled appointment and they are absolutely not ready for us. They couldn't even find the keys. Once they do, he is shown a car that is clearly NOT ready for resale and looks as if it was just towed off the side of the road after a car accident. When questioning the salesman, he tells us it still has to go to the shop and so not available for purchase yet ("it'll be a month or two") and then has the audacity to try and get him to go inside to talk numbers. Bait and switch and truly unethical practices to get folks in the door. Don't waste your time like we did.

Sadly Reliable Chevy is anything but reliable. Called multiple times about a used car,Finally got a response two days later that they couldn’t find the car. It had been lost going between the dealer and the auction. Still no follow up from sales staff. No one really know what’s going on around there. I was helping a friend of mine to purchase the car. My friend called too, got another sales guy that goes MIA, supposed to send him an offer sheet, never happens…basically trying to make sure the car is actually there before driving 3 hours from Oklahoma. Poor poor customer service. Churn and burn kind of dealership, only interested in what they can sell to people right in front of them.

I didn't have a very good experience here. They add a lot of fees on top of the online advertised price. It's a used car and they added $1300+ of "Dealer add-ons". What's that? The salesman said it is for the reconditioning of the car and changing out all the fluids. After buying the car, we immediately took it to a different mechanic who was certain that both the oil and transmission fluid had not been changed. He wasn't certain about coolant or brake fluid. Also the front brake pads were very low.The place is pretty and the financing guy was nice. 2 stars. I recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Took my car in for an oil change 3 days ago, just noticed a few quarter panel scratches that weren’t there before. Won’t be coming back. Do not recommend their service, they are NEGLIGENT. Scratched up my vehicle.

Recently we purchased a car from Reliable, it was our second purchase from them. We found the exact truck we wanted, got a great deal and James, our salesperson, was outstanding. He even took the time after hours to call me due to my busy schedule. The truck did have a mechanical issue. James told me to bring the truck back and the repaired the truck. Not many dealers would stand behind their product like Reliable. Highly recommend giving them a phone call and purchasing your next vehicle from them.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They offered $1,700 for a trade in that I eventually got $5,000 for down the street at Clay Cooley. When I made an offer the salesmen straight up said the managers would laugh at me. Sure enough he went back there and they erupted in laughter. This offer was not unrealistic and should not have been handled this way. This was all after they threw the papers in my face and tried to rush me to sign prior to any explanation of the final price. After I said we wanted to leave, they took 40 minutes to give me the keys to my car & kept saying they couldn’t find the person who appraised it. The salesmen said to “show some respect” & complained that he “didn’t get paid by the hour and stayed two extra hours”. Never once tried to talk price, just threw a contract in my lap and tried to get me to sign. I immediately went down the street to clay Cooley and got the same car for a much better price and experience. Don’t waste your time at reliable.

My favorite reason why I keep coming is when I purchased my truck from Blanca she helped me tremendously. She made everything easy and straight to the point. She really made purchasing my truck a memorable day!

I arrived at 9:30am for my scheduled oil change. It's now 12:07pm and my car is still not finished. I had to sit here and watch the whole service department go pick up their food they had provided for them....2 hours after my appointment time. So I ask for an update at the 2.25 hour mark and was told 45 more minutes!! Why?? So they can finish eating??? We won't come back, won't recommend and will instead steer people away from here. Absolute BS.

I recently purchased a new black Toyota Camry from the dealership. Sales people were cool. The buying process was good. But when I came to get my plates the lady told me to take them to the service center to be installed. As I got to the service center I asked a guy to put them on and you would’ve thought I had asked him to rob a bank for me. He was super rude and even told his work buddy “man I gotta put these plates on” right in front of me. I told him if he was busy or in a bad mood he didn’t have to. Not everybody has a drill available at their home, or a screw driver. I will not be coming back as I am such a burden apparently.

Terrible service. Bought a brand new 2023 Corvette with a Z51 package and brought it in for a mandatory transmission oil change at 5,000 miles. After Reliable Chevy did the transmission oil change, the check engine light came on. Brought the car back to Reliable. They plugged the OBD reader in and it showed a lot of the transmission codes. They kept the car for 5 weeks. Said they test drove it for 40 miles and cleared the codes which cleared the check engine light which I could have done on my own. They basically did not fix anything and keep my brand new Corvette outside for 5 weeks when I have garage kept at my house. I am taking it to another Chevrolet dealership who is a direct competitor of Reliable.

Reliable Chevrolet turned a frustrating situation into a very pleasant one. After having several hiccups with our insurance company, they graciously made and then cancelled and helped us reschedule service. They kept us updated every step of the way and continued to be kind and courteous throughout the process. The amazing front desk even kept a water bottle for me, that I had left weeks before, when I had dropped off the car to have the body work done. We picked up the car today and we are so happy with the results. I would trust Reliable Chevrolet for all our cars, and would highly recommend them to friends, family and anyone else needing body work for their car.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I just bought a used 2010Honda Civic I spent money to make sure nothing was wrong with the car. They called the next day that everything looked good and nothing was wrong with the car. Whenever I went to go pickup the car it started to make a really loud noise and it turned out the both of the front wheel bearing were messed up. I called services and they said it was 50/50 chance of them paying for it to get fixed and it might cost me 1200 dollars for it to get fixed. Even tho they gave me a messed up car in the beginning. I would give them zero stars but I’ll give an update of what they say.UPDATE: the Service team kept giving me the runaround then when I finally called the manager, he also kept giving me the runaround. Until I had to get my husband involved until I finally got an answer, I would still give them zero stars.

They have a decent amount of inventory. Not great Sales or helpful staff though. We recently bought a used Tahoe there and several times throughout the process I mentioned an issue I wanted fixed before purchasing and the sales rep, Mary, assured me her team would get it resolved. They did not. I sent several follow up emails to her about the problem with zero response. We also had the check engine light come on within 2 weeks of purchase and found out there was an issue that would cost over $500 to fix, when I reached out to the rep to see if it would be covered by the warranty, again I got no response whatsoever. It has also now been over 60 days since we purchased the Tahoe and have still not received our State Plates which has placed us in a very difficult spot. You will get zero help or response from this dealer once you drive off.
