Can't talk to a person when you call. Told them I didn't want their promotion 4x and still they wouldn't connect me to the pharmacist. Also, can hardly understand them because of very thick accents.

I went here a couple months ago. They were good! Called me to make sure I'd find the address easily and asked if I had any questions. They were very professional. It took me a little bit to find the place but I have no complains. Good service!

I have been calling for two weeks to find out what happened to my prescription that was supposed to be mailed to me. No one ever answers the phone. I will make sure I never have to use them ever again. Don't know if I will ever get my prescription.

Their customer service is beyond bad. My girlfriend has a prescription thru her doctor to these people. They have not returned a phone call since may. My girlfriend has repeatedly attempted to call these people leaving message after message. Its ridiculous

this is a horrible pharmacy! Over a month to get the meds and when we called to recorder, both there local AND their toll free numbers DO NOT WORK! Are they REALLY still in business? They sure should NOT be!

I recieved a refill in the mail and I did not request one. The guy on the phone was nice and said he would not charge me. However I get my credit card bill and the cost is on there, and its doubled.
