Very dirty Table. I request this guys they ignore it and argument with me . He says he is very busy. Other associates told me he is manager (Axon) that store. He is very rude with customer. I go there every week I never seen him before.

Adam was wonderful by helping us from troubleshooting the battery to picking a new phone (not only once but twice). He even helped us wipe out all the information from the old device and setting up a new one.
I highly recommend him as he is super patient, knowledgeable and kind.
The whole process was very pleasant.

Outstanding customer service, Adam was extremely knowledgeable and patiently helped me resolve an issue transferring data from a water damaged iPhone, and I was in and out in under an hour. He even went the extra mile to ensure that everything transferred completely to a new device before I left and all for a very reasonable cost. 20/10 Highly recommend, thank you again Adam.

I went too 3 people fix water damage phone that was need to get some Memory out to the next phone. Had no hope but I was Referral Device Care. The guy turn this phone on . At the other 3 companies couldn't do it at a reasonable price thank you Adam.

Had a very good experience at this business. Brought in an iPad with a broken screen. Adam was very knowledgeable about what it would take to fix it and gave me a reasonable estimate. It would have been finished next day which was I was not expecting. I decided to instead purchase a “new” opened box iPad that he had available. I am very happy with the expertise and service given Adam patiently helped to completely transfer all the information from the old iPad to the new. While I waited he offered me water and helped another customer by painstakingly cleaning the man’s old phone. I will definitely return for any device needs.

Came with my uncle to get his phone fixed and the guy didn’t have the right parts unfortunately, my uncle bought a new phone and they did the data transfer for free. Chill guy.

Owner is patient and honest about what he can do and not do. What he does, he does well and takes his time and does not charge an arm and a leg. If he cannot fix it, he'll give you suggestions. Go to him first and see what he says about your situation!

Went in with a broken phone. Instead of repairing it, he offered advice to save money and trade it in to Samsung for a new model. Glad to see there are good people out there not just trying to take advantage of people! I'll be back with whatever business I have in the future!

I came in with a broken phone screen and battery. And I needed some information from that phone, Adam was able to open my phone and change the screen and helped me out and opened the phone for me. And helped me transfer all my old information and recover my email and other accounts. I came in 30 minutes before the store closed and Adam the store manager stayed with me two hours after they were supposed to close to help me. He was very patient and made sure i was satisfied and my problem was solved. I recommend anyone needing to fix their phone or a new phone to visit them!

He took his time to explain everything to me piece by piece and even broke down the payment, repair and time it would take. Highly recommend for all technological repairs. Amazing place, very kind owner and all questions answered. I can in with a broken OLED on my iPhone 14 and he fixed it under my budget in less than 40 minutes.
