Lousy place to do your laundry. I have been to Revolution 4 times now.
Visit 1: I used 2 washers (1 small and 1 medium). I added very little soap. During the full cycle, the small washer was full of soap. I learned quickly to be on the lookout for this issue, plus I only add the tiniest bit of soap to the washer.
Visit 2: I used 2 medium washers. I could see 1 of the washers was going to leave soap after the final rinse. I pointed this out to attendant. He ran a 2nd rinse… still soap in the washer. He told me that he couldn’t do any more “free” rinses. What? He told me that they never run cleaning cycles because the machines are being used all the time. I paid to wash my clothes and not have soap added to them. Woman next to me had a washer that wouldn't dispense detergent.
Visit 3: I used 2 medium washers. One machine did a proper wash/rinse. 2nd machine didn’t dispense soap. I let the attendant know as soon as the cycle started. Attendant said they would come over, but did not. At the end of the cycle, suddenly the soap dispenses.
Visit 4: I used 2 washers (1 small and 1 medium). The small was fine. The medium again leaving a huge amount of soap in the wash. I pointed this out to the attendant. She restarted the washer on the rinse cycle. You could see all this soap coming out. She acted like this had never happened to anyone before. After the 2nd rinse, I complained again.
Attendant said this is a commercial laundry if someone messed up machine, it wasn’t their fault. She couldn’t do anything more. Well of course she could have done something… refunded my money, better still offer to move my clothes to another washer to get them rinsed out. I don’t expect perfection here, but I do expect a business to own their problems. If a washer or dryer are not working as intended, then it is the laundromat’s problem… not mine. I’m not at the laundromat to clean your washing machine! And acting dumb only makes you look dumb.
These same attendants do laundry for others, and I can’t imagine allowing them to wash my clothes. They just don’t care if your clothes are left w/ soap, etc.
Lousy experience, lousy laundromat.
P.S. I disputed the $6 charge w/ CC company & have had the charge removed... something the laundromat could have done. Never accept a No from someone who can't or won't give you a Yes.

Best laundromat ever! I have some big rugs and a white couch cover. I will continue to bring my large items here to keep them squeaky clean. Great customer service and very clean.

I had a very large (200 lbs ?) wash and fold order and there was mix up with the pick up and Greg went above and beyond to help me and ensure my clothes were taken care of. I would not hesitate to recommend this business based on their customer service alone. My clothes were returned clean and folded and fresh. AND they have the best price per pound in my area.

Really convenient place to wash your clothes. Have no cash? Have no problem. Get the app and keep it rolling. Washers and dryers are almost new.

Very clean, app easy to use and is quick to respond, great variety of washer and dryer sizes, plenty of parking, nice AC. I will be back!

I had no intention of giving this place a rating but tonight another customer decided to open my dryer knowing full well that the items inside weren't his!! He said he was just trying to help me but I never asked for his help!! That's my personal property and there is no policy in place regarding others grabbing your personal property so I never want to go back here. As someone with severe social anxiety and OCD this was just disrespectful to me. I never asked for help and I just wanted to do my laundry and go home. Stephanie was so sweet about everything.

They must have family and friends giving high reviews because this place is overpriced and very low quality. The machines may be new but the dryers do not dry even on high. The toilets leak what was flushed onto the bathroom floor from under the toilet. Very poor quality laundromat

The Revolution Laundromat - Richardson is a gem!
This place has quickly become my go-to spot for my heavy laundry. The mix of both digital and coin-operated machines is super convenient, and the older gentleman who runs the place is incredibly kind and always ready to help, especially if you're not familiar with the digital tech.
The laundromat is spotless, with a well-thought-out floor plan that makes it easy to navigate, even during busy times. There’s a play area for kids, which is a lifesaver for parents, and plenty of tables and stools for seating. Plus, they offer snacks, cold drinks for purchase, and free coffee—such a thoughtful touch!
With so many machines and dryers available, I've never had to wait for a spot. Revolution Laundromat really stands out in the neighborhood—highly recommend it!

I came in to the laundry mat today didn't have quarters or cash to do laundry, I ran into Kenya who was very helpful she helped. E download the app get my debit card registered and she was very efficient fast and friendly I will be back ,I also received a 5 dollar credit as well when I downloaded the app today was a win win great customer service thank you once again kenya

The service in this laundry is too terrible, it happens that the machine shows on the screen $3.50 dollars which is the payment for the laundry, but if you want to pay with a bank card in the area in front where the staff who work in this laundry are. It appears that you must pay $5.50 dollars

Very clean and the app is easy to use. You earn credits with each washer and dryer used. There are attendants onsite also.
