I shop here for bags of tobacco and filter tubes because I can make my own cigarettes.... and have been for 10 years! I can roll a carton for $13! Great selection of tobacco products, but not a vape store. They have a 2nd location at 441 N Garland Ave, Garland , Texas 75040

I’ve been meaning to post a review on this cigarette place for a while now. It is without the doubt the best I have found. It always has what you need, the people are super nice, the seats are comfortable, the prices are good for this area and you can smoke in there too. You won’t ever go wrong if you go to this place.

First of all, this shop is pretty cool!!!!
The young cute manager ( not sure what his name is :/ ) is always very sweet and helpful!!! Makes the experience so pleasant, and even more pleasant are the prices of the products!!!
I frequent this store a lot and not once have I had a bad experience. I definitely recommend paying a visit and supporting it :D
Shout out to the manager, he is very attentive and keeps his store super clean!!!

This store is the nicest cig store I've been in. You can smoke inside. It's air conditioner and clean. The workers here are all family who give great customer service.

Found this gem of a store not too long ago. The young gentleman that works there is the nicest person I’ve met. His service is great, always so helpful and always has a smile on his face all the time. If you come to this store he's very easy to talk to as well. Vape prices are very good here, cheaper than most places around. They also have a good selection of delta and THC items, again very good prices. The store itself is great and the people that work here are friendly. Overall this place is a 10/10 keep it up guys

A couple of weeks ago, the three smokers in my household decided to cut costs and start buying loose tobbacco and tubes. Our first time there the staff was helpful. An older man that day answered all our questions and made some recomandations. Our final bill that day was nearly $80 going out the door.
A week ago I returned to buy some more tubes being we had run out. The older woman ( Carol, I think was her name ) was there that day. Being I was low on cash I had to ask about the price on some of the tubes seeing what I could afford. By her attitude and the way she spoke to me I was made to feel that she thought that she had better things to do than help a customer. (this was overheard by my wife who I had on the phone at the time)
Today my room mate and I came to the store this morning to pick up some more tobbacco and tubs, (once again, Carol) was the person behind the counter.
(To clarify something before I go on. The loose tobbacco display has two prices on it. Small bags are $14 and change the Large bags are $18 and change before tax. The is NO other sign as to which Brands are these prices. )
At the counter I place the two boxes of tubes down and a 1 LBS. bag of "The Good Stuff" Red. (Carol) rings up the items. The total is over $40. When I started to ask about the price, she cut me off and said "honey we went over this last week" and then told me that the tobbacco alone was over $30. for that size of bag.
(My roommate had also heard this womans prevoius encounter with me the week before. My wife had me on speaker then)
My roommate who was behind me at the time with the stuff she was going to purchase said hearing (Carol's) manner of speaking to me for us to go somewhere else for our smoking supplies.
The reason we came to Richardson Cigarette's was because it's one bus ride for us to get to, but after twice dealing with this rude woman, who has no idea of how to speak to customers it will be a dark day in hell before I EVER step foot in that store again. I will go back to the store that's five miles away before I ever return to Richardson Cigarette's or their other store.
