What a great gym! This is the first gym where I’ve actually enjoyed working out and kept consistent with my workout schedule! This gym is built around class-based, trainer led workouts, focused on HIT and strengthening exercises. Membership is required, and members sign up for reserved spots in classes, so it never gets too crowded. . Memberships are of 2 types: a regular “Fit Body Boot Camp” and Over-55 “Fitbody Forever” classes, and are led by 2 trainers. The gym has a wide and interesting variety of equipment, which helps to maintain my interest in the workouts. Each session is designed with exercise stations with options to increase or decrease intensity as needed. Exercise routines are often set to timed periods of “on” and “rest”, which I also find motivating. Trainers teach the exercises, offer corrections as needed, and motivate throughout the session. They are well-trained on correcting form to protect from injury and maximize positive impact from the exercises. Fit Body Boot Camp in Richardson offers 2 types of classes - all ages HIT / weights (“Boot Camp”) and “Fitbody Forever” (55 and up, focused on weight / strengthening to promote muscle and bone strengthening plus some cardiovascular exercises mixed in). I attend the 55 and up classes and have not felt better in years! I am stronger, and my cardio health has significantly improved! The classes are fun (imagine that) despite being challenging, the atmosphere among group members and trainers is encouraging and supportive. Trainers are very positive and help class members feel motivated regardless of level of training. You do not need experience to attend this gym. The gym is clean and equipment is maintained and in excellent shape. Trial sessions are available before fully committing. I highly recommend Fitbody Richardson!

I am so happy I decided to get started with Richardson Fit Body in their +55 Family Fitness Group (not the Boot Camp - I wish). These are my 90 day results that were measured today:
* Carry: increased weight from 20 to 25 lbs and kept the same time! Great job increasing your strength and stamina
* Wall Sit: increased time by 0:21 going from 0:50 to 1:11
* Plank hold: maxed out at 2:00!! Increased by 0:30!
I really notice my increased arm strength. I also want to add that I did all this even though my arthritis hip pain has been increasing. You can do it too with Richardson Fit Body's Family Fitness Class :) Thank you Richardson Fit Body.

This is the best decision I have made. I like my team and it is best 30 minutes workout. It is a challenge but after my 30 minutes workout I can actually say I did it.

I’m so glad I found Fit Booty Camp Richardson!
After checking out several options, one day I decided to walk in and ask for information — and I immediately felt welcomed. The staff was incredibly kind and professional, which gave me a lot of confidence.
The facilities are excellent, and honestly, I had never worked out like this before. What I appreciate the most is the attention from the instructors: they’re always making sure we do the exercises correctly, avoid injuries, and most importantly, they truly keep us motivated!
You can feel their passion and dedication, and the energy in the space is amazing.
Definitely the best place for me.

Richardson Fit Body is exactly what I needed. I love that we are all there to get stronger to live longer. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and was worried about some of the exercises, but they modify them as needed and really pay attention to your individual needs. The coaches are so supportive and friendly which makes our experience so much better.

I joined Fit Body Forever (55+) a few weeks ago. I am impressed with the workouts and the coaches and their attention to the students. I like that the coaches give options on each exercise for your fitness level and correct where needed. Over the past weeks no workout has been the same so it keeps it from getting boring and believe me just because it is 55+ it is a workout! Awesome gym and coaches!

They deserve more than 5 stars!!
I looked at this place more than a year ago, and finally one day I just walk through the door to ask for information. Even though they were busy, they took the time to talk with me and schedule an orientation for the next day. One of my concerns was that I have problems with my knees and I wasn’t sure if this kind of program was for me. Well, this is how they work. They take the time to know you and give you a personal fitness assessment to guide you and show you how to modifying the exercises as needed according to your individual needs. You go at your own pace, and they make sure you do your best. Now, 6 weeks later I am a member, I feel much better physically, mentally and I am able to do things I couldn’t do before. The atmosphere is amazing!! One can tell they have intentionally created an environment full of energy and safety. I highly encourage everyone to come visit if you want to try!! I am sure this is one of the best choices I’ve made for myself!!
