I had a great experience at Richardson General and Cosmetics! The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, and they made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Brought my grandbaby here and he is autistic and let me first say the doctors here are super gentle. I love the way they were patient and they Worked with my baby made him feel so comfortable that he was able to get his cleaning and work done and if anybody deals with any special needs children, you already know that that means a lot love this office

Absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, professional, and incredibly welcoming. The office was clean and modern, and I felt completely at ease. My kid dentist experience was thorough, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly to me. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients’ comfort and health. Came in to inquire about a cleaning, not only did they answer all my questions but they also help me get dental coverage with the special plans. They have off for a reasonable fee not only do I get insurance now, but I also get to take care of my teeth, what I’ve been needing for years.
