The lady Cristina is very nice and super fast and great attitude ?. She is great with kids and finds the veins with no problem. I will definitely be bringing them back to her.

The front desk associate, Christina, was very rude, racist, and unprofessional. My mother came in today to have a lab done, which her insurance had already approved. She very rudely denied my mother any explanation or help yet she was able to attend the gentleman behind her (non latino) with no hesitation. Upon asking for the managers name she gave a fake name to complain to.

First of all the lady who was working today was just rude she didn’t even say good morning back when we entered and she made us wait for 30 minutes cause she’s talking on the phone, then when she’s done talking on the phone she finally had my mom done a urine sample then made us wait again for another 20 minutes cause she called someone on the phone and it sounded like a personal call then finally called my mom to get her blood drawn. Damn 50 minutes of wait is ridiculous. Probably not going to come back here again??♀️

Did not even swab the skin.Tubes laying everywhere.Explain to her no problem if she misses the vein or goes through it just to pull it back out and do it again. I did not want to be fished.1st thing she does is rolls the vein and then starts fishing around while my arm is bleeding out. I pulled the needle out of my arm threw away the paperwork and left. Would never use this place again.

The girl working yesterday was so nice and had me in and out by my appointment time. I have small veins, usually it’s a struggle to get my blood. She got it first try, painless and easy!

STAY AWAY! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I scheduled an 8am appointment and the only person that works here showed up at 8:20am and was very unprofessional. The Tech did not apologize they just said "well this stuff happens." When I walked in to the lab it was dirty and looked like it has not been cleaned in weeks or months. It did not look sanitary at all. Very rudely after I checkin the Tech asked me for my orders. I said that my doctor sent them over the previous day. she sighed, rolled her eyes, and began to "look" for them on the computer. when she couldn't "find them" on the computer she rolled over to the printer to see if they were faxed over, this too was unsuccessful. she then said "sorry hunny you need to have paper orders because you doctor did not send them over." I replied I have the confirmation from my doctor that they were sent, and I showed her the confirmation. she replied "well I dont really like to do those internet orders anyway, you need to come back with paper orders." I told her she was very unprofessional and left as I was now late for work. the place is VERY unprofessional and all the positive reviews are friends from the complex were the lab is located. STAY AWAY!

They are fast, take your identification and your form and insurance and that's it, it doesn't take long. In 20 minutes I was already outside. Very friendly!
