Yesterday I brought in just a wheel with a flat tire. I thought it might be mud in the bead, but turned out it was just a thorn in the tire. They charged me $39 to plug it. $39 for a tire plug on a loose wheel. I could see it if they took the tire off the rim and patched it, but $39 for a plug seemed extremely unreasonable for the 10 minutes it took. - Not sure I'll be back after this.

I bought 20 chainsaws and a lot of smaller equipment. This place is very responsible and has everything a customer needs. The bad thing is they take our money but we do receive even more from working with our equipment. Nonetheless I kindly recommend this location.

I needed to purchase a chainsaw for some minor work. Chandler helped me choose a chainsaw that was perfect for what I needed, and in gave me a full demonstration and safety lesson on the product. Could not recommend this place more.

I had my day planned out to shop around for a STAG (06/12/2024) but did not end up going anywhere else due to Jonathan was very friendly and helpful. Jonathan did not rush us into anything we ended up getting the SCAG we wanted and not one bit did we feel rushed. Jonathan took his time explaining the warranty he went above and beyond. Great customer service, way to go RSL.

Went here yesterday for the first time with a Honda walk behind mower that I thought had way more problems then it actually did (not a technical guy). The guy in parts and service came out checked it, then brought it to the back. Said he didn't see any leaks or any reason I was having any issues. Explained to me possibilities I was having issues. He said they are three weeks backed up with mowers, but would squeeze me in for an oil change and blade sharpening if I hangout for a bit. Took maybe 10 mins and everyone I encountered was nice and professional.
He could have taken it back and charged me a bunch of money for unnecessary fixes and I would have gone along with it because I know nothing about mowers. I am grateful he did not and got me fixed up quick. You have a customer for life and anytime I have an issue or need a new piece of lawn equipment I will be back!

Took this brand new mower in 3 times since I got it because it bogs down with every kind of height grass. The mower itself probably has less than 10 hours on it altogether. Every time I take it in, they do a temporary patch job enough to call it “fixed” give it back to me. This video is literally at the first house right after picking it back up from their shop. Told them about it and they said I was mowing too tall and thick grass, even though I was able to finish the job with my 21” residential push mower, and this 30” Turfmaster should have been easily been able to handle it. I’m tired of wasting money here. Probably spent around $500 to get it fixed and still runs like crap. I’ll take it somewhere else that will actually fix the issue.

We have used this place for years! Without fail, our weed eater and blower don’t want to work from season to season. These guys whip them back into sharp and we are good for the year!
