The self checkout lane was nice until it wasn't. Once you're done paying you still have to be in the way and in line for someone to check your receipt and remove the tag from the items purchased.

WORSE MANAGER IN THE ROSS INDUSTRY, NOT ONLY DID I HAVE TO WAIT 10 OF MY LUNCH BREAK TO SPEAK WITH HER, ALL I NEEDED WAS A PRODUCT CHECK SHE GAVE ME THAT WITHOUT A PRICE... WHEN I ASKED HER IF SHE COULD GIVE ME THE PRICE SHE INSTANTLY GOT RUDE WITH ME AND DEMANDED THAT I COME INSTEAD HOW CAN SHE BE SO I CONSIDERATE. WHY WOULD YOU TELL ME YOU HAVE THE PRODUCT WITHOUT GIVEN ME A PRICE... THANKS FOR WAISTING MY TIME BUT NOT MY MONEY, I HAD $400 TO SPEND FOR THE PRODUCTS I NEEDED, JUS WANTED TO MAKE SURE I WAS GETTING A BETTER DEAL. I HAVE NO PROBLEM SPENDING MY MONEY ELSEWHERE, SURE I WILL BE TREATED BETTER SHE'S A POOR EXAMPLE OF LEADERSHIP AND CUSTOMER SERVICE... NEVER WILL I SHOP HERE AGAIN... I FOUND IT AT WALMART, I WAS ABLE TO ACCESS THERE PRODUCTS ON THERE WEBSITE NOT ROSS WEBSITE 😑..

If I could give zero stars I would. I never had a problem with this store until five minutes ago when the female manager Kris denied me returning a rug that I just bought yesterday with the receipt, never used, brand new. Because of her ignorance, I do not recommend this location just go somewhere else. God will deal with you, Kris. Mark my words!
