Unfortunately there is no way to give NEGATIVE STARS!!! This has been THE WORST experience EVER!!! Waiting and waiting for a medication that was prescribed on 02/17/25, phone call after phone call that I had to make to be given the run around, meanwhile GiGi's health and mobility is deteriorating so much that she is in a rehab facility unable to walk on her own, when she was DRIVING a month ago!!! TODAY, after more and more phone calls, I was told that the insurance FINALLY approved the medication and was told to call back after an hour to make delivery arrangements. I called back to be told to call back in another hour because the technician was working on it and we should have the medication via FedEx tomorrow!!!!! THEN I called back to check status AGAIN and was told that Senderra is out of network!!!! Now I am told to call the Dr.'s office back and have the prescription sent to ANOTHER pharmacy! I am at the end of my rope because of so much time wasted and her physical decline BY THE DAY!!!!

I don't normally do reviews, however, the past 3 years of dealing with this company has been extremely horrible!. They do not move prescriptions through the process, give untruthful information, delay and repeat processes. I'm assuming this is a tactic to discourage people. I have dealt with other companies and never had issues so egregious!

My email rep abandoned me and stopped responding to my emails. Of course, there’s no way of getting them on the phone. Horrible experience.

Excellent doctors. But the staff should all be fired!! They could care less about the patient and don't even bother to return calls.

This pharmacy shipped Benlysta out from TX & FEDEX had problems in TN which delayed the package for 6 days. After 48 hrs of shipping in a cooler, the medicine is declared unusable. This company would not “reship” a new box. Instead they suggested that i wait & see if the original box arrives. 6 days later, it arrives. At room temperature & unusable. Senderra, still refuses to reship new medication & my insurance has already been billed for this. I am contacting my insurance tomorrow. And I’ll switch to the monthly infusions at my Rhuem. I refuse to deal with this Senderra company further. Im now one week past my last dose, it was missed due to Senderra, not reshipping once they were made aware of the original package being lost at FEDEX. They instead suggested that the client suffer, and wait longer on a package that they acknowledged would not be usable upon arrival IF it even arrived. 4k worth of Benlysta AutoInjectors arrived at room temperature, 6 days after shipped from Senderra. Patient is still with out medication, and Senderra is still refusing to reship new at this point i do not trust any meds sent from them. I feel as if they would ship unusable medicine & not reimburse, as they have done to me. This is in regards to the FEDEX DELAY IN MEMPHIS TN ON THE 18th-24th. Senderra is putting the bill on the clients, because thet did not have insurance on their packages.

If I could give NO STARS I would! Terrible experience. First of all, they contact you from a random phone number so it's really easy to miss the call. Then trying to get back in touch with them is a nightmare. You won't speak with a native english speaker - they clearly outsource everything. Once you confirm your information don't expect any updates or for them to be communicative. It took them two weeks to figure out they didn't send in the prior authorization to the right place (I told them in my only conversation with them where to send it to). Overall, just a terrible experience, my medication is now delayed by over 1 month due to their extreme incompetence. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Do you self a favor if you can get medication from someone else do it! I have been getting medication for my MS for 13 years never once had a problem Senderra Specialty Pharmacy is a joke! I have been trying to get my meds since the first of the year every day it’s a new story one hand does not talk to others in the company they have no communication they have no business even in the business! If you’re lucky you will get someone you can understand if you can hear them through all the static noise. I will be missing my injection thanks to this place they have no clue on what they are doing it a piss poor company

This company is garbage stay away DO NOT use this so called pharmacy I'm still trying to get them to remove a bogus charge and they filled a med they were told not to fill and did anyway (Skyrizi) so I called 3x and it's been over 2 weeks but to no avail even called the insurance company which paid for it I guess if they want to hand out 21,000 to a company like that idc but if it interferes with my treatment I will sue them they are that bad.

Do not do business with this company if I could give less than one stars, I sure would! My injectable that I need it for my arthritis was supposed to be here overnight and over a week later, I had to contact them and they said that FedEx shipped it back to them. In between that, I spoke to them several times and spoke to leads that said that they would look into it and call me back and they never did. I just got a hold of someone today and they said that they cannot re-ship it out until the 31st even though I was supposed to take that medicine on Wednesday and now gonna have to wait about a week after I’m supposed to take it to take it that’s if it even gets here. The representative wouldn’t even give me a confirmation that it was actually going to be sent back out. And I ask if she could overnight it like they always do and she said that it would be an additional charge. I’m very unhappy with this company.

I’m begging Senderra to change how they handle refills on “as needed” prescriptions. My dermatologist prescribed Opzelura cream for dishydrotic eczema on one finger. A few applications took care of it, so I have most of a tube left and likely won’t need another for a long time. Nevertheless, Senderra insists on calling and texting me multiple times when I’m eligible for a refill - but I can’t respond by text, I have to either answer a call or call them myself. When I do talk to them, the longest period they will consent to hold off before contacting me again is one month. I even asked the doctor’s office if there’s anything *they* can do to convince Senderra to keep the prescription active but not contact me about refills - nope.
My most desired option here is to have a “don’t call me, I’ll call you” option for refills on as-needed prescriptions. Failing that, I would at least like to be able to decline refills by text, email, or through an online portal - anything but a phone call in the middle of my workday.

Customer service is AWFUL. Would not recommend working with this company at all.

The worst company to have to deal with. They call multiple times asking for the same information over and over again, they don't actually ever get anywhere, and the personnel are almost impossible to understand over the phone. At this point I will be changing my provider just so I do not have to deal with this company ever again. No provider should use them, unless they want to keep losing patients.

Overseas bad phone connections, heavy accents, repeat calls, emails and text. I was SO happy to hear my previous pharmacy could keep doing my refills. I almost filled here, the rep on the phone gave me a hard time. Thankfully
