To the respected management of the station,
Warm greetings,
I am one of your regular customers, visiting your station daily to fill up with 93 octane fuel, usually spending between $70 and $100 each day, in addition to other purchases such as cigarettes. I choose your station because of its convenience and proximity.
Today, however, I encountered a situation that truly upset me. I needed an invoice after filling up, but the machine was out of paper. I went to the staff member, and although she had locked the door just one minute prior, I stood there knocking for over seven minutes without any response, even though she could clearly see me. When our eyes finally met, I politely informed her that I only needed an invoice, but she simply replied, “We’re closed,” and completely ignored me.
This behavior is unacceptable, especially toward a loyal customer whom your staff recognizes by name and vehicle. I felt disrespected and undervalued, and I sincerely hope this situation does not happen again. If it does, I will stop refueling any of my vehicles at your station and will advise my friends to do the same due to this poor treatment.
That will be all for today. I hope this message reaches the appropriate person so that we may maintain the mutual respect and good relationship we’ve had until now.

I'm the customer of this gas station for the last 10 yeary and at least spend $45 to $100 per day & monthly the total spending to this gas station between $1500 to $2300 . since from to night I'm stop going to this station because of the ladies at the night shift. She is the worst person I have ever seen in gas station .
What happened tonight is after I buying more than $40 stuff she refused to give me a a bag.

The vacuum and air machine at the station is completely a scam. They charge $2 but it doesn't work. The cashier says it doesn't belong to us, you need to call the company. Then don't keep the broken machine at your station! This is not my problem.

The posted online prices of the gasoline set $3.04 when I got here it is $3.35... I guess I shouldn't have gone out of my way for a better gas price.

Bought a charger and she refused to help with the right one .

Just because I was on the phone this Spanish lady told me not to shop there anymore wow I thought she was not serious I stop today to buy gasoline and drink she refused she told me I can’t shop there anymore can the owner ask her what I do to her she won’t be able to reply because I never disrespected her or anything that’s bad please love every color racism is very bad

There is a lady called Noora, she just had a very bad attitude and very bad customer service , always no change to return and treat in a very bad way , better advice to enhance ur business don’t her ppl like her . Very bad experience

This lady that works there that is from maybe Africa is very very ugly with customers , she shuts down pumps if she gets mad she never let's anyone use restrooms and answeres you very ugly when asking something and you call owners and they don't care because I think they related but I guess my next step is calling the corporate for shell or Circle K something needs to be done and ill be darn if they let her come to live here to work why be ugly to customers that give you a job to be there and do, so anyone has complaints please put your reviews also sending information to BBB to see what they can do to get her out after many years of going im done having to deal with her .

I bought some groceries and fuelled my car. When I asked to unlock the bathroom the lady refused. Will be last time visiting this store. And would not recommend to friends. It was an emergency she was unfriendly
