The 2 women working yesterday were very helpful and patient. Choosing paint colors can be challenging and the one woman offered suggestions and helped me decide on color. They didn't just mix paint. Also I love the Emerald urethane paint for tr
im that you can't get at the big box stores. The other benefit is that they could look up the paint color used by a different painter almost 20 years ago.

Don't bother to shop here if you're not a contractor. They had two employees, neither one helped me even though I waited in line. They took phone orders ahead of me and tidied the counter. I don't know why they bothered to build a nice store with new fixtures. There's no inventory on the shelves; you have to get help, which is non-existant.

The Richardson Sherwin Williams is wonderful! This is the second time this year they have perfectly color matched a difficult color for me! They are friendly, courteous, and so helpful! I’ll be back there as soon as I take on another project.
