Signarama was great! The printing on our retractable banners was high quality as expected. They also shined on the service front on two opportunities -- 1. we had a specific request around payment timing at EOY which they accomodated without issue and 2. one image used was incorrect, which they took ownership of and turned around immediately. Lots of companies can make a thing well, but it's how they deal with inevitable snags that makes them stand out. Signarama is a company that stands out for quality and service!

They bend over backwards to get a quality product out on time. If they ever have a mistake it is handled very quickly...Our golftournament signs and banners turned out great.

Signarama Richardson is a total joke! Sherry Perry is totally unprofessional and cannot complete a simple job with simple instructions as to letter size on the sign. She stole $645 dollars from me, did the job wrong and tried to upcharge me to correct it. She just earned herself and Signarama Richardson a lawsuit in court.

Unfortunately, the quality of service was very low, the “proof” sent to me was not even close to what was requested, all my information was incorrect., the art was not included, incorrect logo, etc, therefore, canceled the job and request a full refund, which wasn’t honored and ended up paying a fee for a bad service. Their excuse was that it was my misunderstanding and that it wasn’t the “proof “, and that I only need to select the font, when email was clearly asking to approve the proof.

Very horrible customer service. I would not use these people. I thought I would try a local smaller company to give them some business. I was not ordering very much but, I was ordering none the less. I walked in originally and only one poor guy was there. He was very helpful, after that the phone and email tag was a joke. Again, please don't waist your time.
