I made a call to this place asking about the price of some posters and first I asked for some small posters and they told me they didn't work with that and they cut off the phone immediately I called again and they didn't answer me so it's very bad service they give you there, they don't expect to help you they just expect to get money from you

Signs Express has been very hard to work with... We started our project with them back in March of this year (2023). It is the end of November and we finally got our second sign installed today, more than 9 months later.Alex's communication is lacking, as we had to follow up every day and didn't always receive an answer. The timelines are very slow, and never happen when they say they will.Half of the balance was required to start the fabrication of the signs, which is understandable. The other was due upon the install of the building sign (in August). They pushed us to pay the remaining when the monument sign wasn't even near ready to be installed. It wasn't until 3 months after the full balance was paid that we got the second sign installed.While our signs *look* great, the process of getting them installed was long and hard.
