The salad and toppings tasted fresh. April and the staff are very welcoming and friendly. They provide the best service to whenever I come by for lunch.

The red head manager with freckles enjoys giving minority delivery drivers a hard time. I gave the incompetent manager the order number and name of the location and she acted as if I was homeless, and wanted to eat all of Snappys alads lol. She treated me like a theft, and thought I was dumb enough to hit depart before receiving my order.Her discriminatory actions made her late for her order, and I still got paid. I will never let resturaunt personnel disrespect me when I'm always kind to everyone.

The customer service here is great! Grey is an amazing employee. The staff was very friendly and polite. I look forward to trying my salad!

First time going here. Place was extremely clean and food tasted very very fresh. Marissa was such a great help and very patient. She explained everything in detail.

We have eaten at least 6+ Snappy Salads in the DFW area. Our favorite is in Richardson which we have regularly used for at least 5+ years. The managment is always efficient and responsive particularly April. The Twins and Lenora are very helpful as always smile and actively enjoy us as customers. 5 stars all the way !

Tim at this Snappy Salads location is truly an asset to this wonderful restaurant. I’ve been coming to Snappy Salads for years and the service is always great. Having said that, Tim truly knows customer service and what I got today was simply exceptional service and care. Thank you so much for making me feel welcomed to a level that makes me love this place even more.

Not much people were here today but it was still Absolutely Delicious I got the Chipotle Chicken wrap with there Sweet potato fries which was surprisingly very good this makes you really you feel good when you eating healthy will go again.
