Honestly I come here almost every day and it is not that bad. It's not the best starbucks, but the drinks are made well and the employees are nice.

I ordered a cake pop and waited 10 minutes while some of the staff were just talking amongst themselves or to other people over the counter. Only redeeming quality of this placeis that you can actually use the app.

I came to order a drink at 8:30, there’s no people in lane. They spend 20mins making one drink while there are 8 people in the counter talking. And they even make the wrong drink. Don’t apologize but saying next time let me saying the drink recipe correctly. ???

There was 7-9 people behind the counter and maybe 1-2 people were doing something. Staff is inexperienced. My order and name were incorrect. And it took almost 20mins to actually order. Would not recommend.

There is always some issue with this location, which is understandable since they are fellow students, but it's gotten out of hand. Everytime I mobile order there is always something missing or when I arrive for it there is nothing at all. Once I waited 30 minutes for a mobile order only for them to tell me they had zero of the items that I had ordered and could not refund me. I feel like a call or maybe some form of contact would be nice to let me know so I could cancel or just contact customer service and not be waiting for an order they were never going to bring out. They do not keep a good stock of their items, which isn't their fault it seems to maybe be management, i've never had a problem with staff, but they don't seem to have any idea what they are doing. The least you could do when something is out is either contact the customer and give a refund or make sure that it's marked as out of stock in the app not that it is stocked. Which brings to me to my breaking point for the 5th time in a row (5 out of all 5 times i've gone), there was something missing in my order. I had an everything bagel with cream cheese and a bag of chips, I asked an emplyee if they had the everything bagel because that's usually the thing always missing or swapped out in my order, she said yes. My order was ready and I get it and there is an everything bagel but no cream cheese, except butter, if I knew they didn't have cream cheese I wouldn't have ordered. Things like this have happened multiple times whether it be they have no everything bagel so they swap it without asking or they don't have the chips I want so they swap it for popcorn etc....So, many of these issues could just be fixed if the app is kept updated for this location or an employee just taking time to contact me or letting me know instead of just letting me decide what I want to happen, which half the time is a refund, but that is impossible for this location.

University starbucks did not give me a cup of water since they did not want to use other usable cups. How rude! How careless action! They should change the management system.

THIS LOCATION HAS GONE DOWN HILL!Very disappointed in this Starbucks :( before the pandemic this location was pretty quick and made little mistakes but it seems like it's taken a turn for the worse.First when I walked up they said their phone scanner wasn't working (and I understand things break down sometimes nbd) so I asked if there were any other ways I could get my points since I was ordering about 3 different things. They told me no. So whatever it's fine I guess, but then I noticed the customer at the register next to me scanned her phone with a working scanner. I wish I had been given the option to just check out at the other register instead of just being told "no". The only people ordering were me and one other customer. No line.My drink took about 15 minutes to make and my sandwich another 5 after that. It was only me and one other customer in line. I understand there are online orders, but again, there didn't seem to be THAT many. 3 employees were just standing around aimlessly. When I did get my drink they left about a quarter of the cup empty and when I asked if they could please fill it to the top they just put foam :( I don't know if that's normal or not but it just kinda ticked me off (it seemed like they made the drink for a size small cup but then put it into a medium). I asked for two shots of espresso, and that drink tasted nothing like espresso... really disappointing. Lastly, I know everyone's entitled to a bad day, but employees seemed like they were ALL in bad moods and very bothered that I had a problem with my drink when I asked politely if it could be filled to the top. Won't be coming back to this location.
