Tried my hardest to just order some sandwiches but somebody decided to have 1 person working at a time & the 1 person couldn’t even understand English ? stop being cheap & hire someone who’s actually qualified

The service at this location keeps going downhill. Only ones in the building and not so much as a greeting until they are ready to acknowledge you. Asked the worker to please remove the onion due to allergies and completely ignored. Veggies didn’t seem/taste fresh.

Horrible service. I ordered 2 footlongs and asked for a seperate bag because they aren’t both for me, and the employee said No. Didnt provide any reason just smiled and said no. I was about to order another one but he went to the back, I needed to get a seperate bag and was going to make a new order. However the guy did not want to help me out at all.

Have a lovely staff in they prepare the food pretty quick.Vegetarian options: If you're a vegetarian you can get a foot longer 6 inch veggie Patty or a footling completely made up of only vegetablesDietary restrictions: No restrictions they give a variety of ways you can mix up your sandwhich.Parking: It's a large area with plenty of parking space at no costKid-friendliness: It's a nice area where kids can just roam aroundWheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp right next to the subway so people and go up there easily

Terrible experience! Guy had hard time understanding English which made process slow. There was six people in line and only he was doing the sandwiches. People where getting mad and what made it worst is that everything was empty so he kept walking to freezer grabbing items. Lady was taking her lunch break at 12:30 so that made it even worst. So many people were complaining that there lunch time was almost over. After getting home my bread was hard as a rock. He put it in oven for 45 seconds. This have to be one of worst places I experience in subway. Employee doesn’t even know most of items on counters. Took him awhile to understand what bread I wanted and protein. Definitely need to train employee better before leaving them on their own to handle customers.

Guy working behind the counter was very rude. Looked visibly upset when I walked in, didn't greet me at all throughout my visit. Was annoyed when I was placing my order, I asked for all veggies, he missed three and I pointed it out. He got upset and then grabbed a big handful of olives and threw them on my sandwich. Didn't tell me my total when paying and walked away when he handed me my receipt.He also looked high. Eyes were bloodshot red.

Ladies behind the counter are horrible. I ordered online and went there to pick up and asked the lady for extra bag. She refused and said we don’t give extra paper bag. I had 2 foot longs, chips, cookie stuffed in to one bag.Ok, no bag can you give me extra sandwich wrapping paper and she went back and another Spanish lady came and started yelling at me saying why you didn’t put extra bag on your online order n so n so.It was very embarrassing in front of other customers and I even offered to pay for extra bag but she remained impolite and refused and keep on saying next time put this on your online order. I said there will not be next because I will never come to your store.The worst thing happened when I reached home, the bread looked old crumbled and broken. Sandwiches missing ingredients.Very bad people running this store.

The image is of online order for veggie delight sandwich. The other photo is for the ingredients we requested. Please note: This is not a game of finding hidden object. This is a blatant game that this subway location plays with its customers. At the same time, the proceed to use polite words like you are a bunch of freebie, you ate the ingredients ( I know I love sauces, so maybe licked the sauces away?). On a serious note, if you like subway like me, this is not the location you'd want to visit, unless you want to feel being cheated and insulted.

Placed a to go online order. I reachoed home and realized that the server did not add all of the ingredients. I had drive back and ask them if they could remake a new one or provide a refund. The server refused to do so and became rude without any provocation. I had politely asked her to make me a new one because the ingredients were missing. Rather then accepting her mistake, she told me that I had eaten the ingredients and that’s why they were missing. So she meant to say that I drove 3 miles back again for the things that were already there in my sandwich in the first place!? This place is a definitely no go for me. Rude, unprofessional and extremely disrespectful towards their customers.

Waited for 10 minutes for curbside pick up. Went inside and the sandwich was sitting there the whole time!!! It’s all soggy now and there was nobody in line at subway. Lazy worker!!!

On Line order for delivery. The store or app contacts doordash delivery I see that appt number is missing but I have no way to contact driver because I did not set up delivery, you did. Now order says delivered after an hour of trying to get this resolved but it was not delivered to me. Store refuses to help because it's door dash. Will not refund or remake. I will be disputing this charge. The customer service is truly one of the worst I have had in awhile. 2000 N Plano Richardson Tx 75082

The worst subway I've been to. I ordered through their app. Got everything wrong on the order. The parts they got right they only put very small amounts on. I asked for spinach and they put 3 pieces of spinach on the sandwich. I'm never going back to this subway and I would suggest the same.
