Horrible experience yesterday at this salon. Low quality nail salon techs, sloppy, and rushed. I would run not walk away fast from this place. The ladies are so carless.

In a little town in Texas called Richardson, I found a sweet little nail shop called sweet nail bar! It had the kindest nail techs that work my hands and feet at the same time! My goodness!!! I never expected the level of luxury service when I walked in. As my children played at the trampoline park located in the strip mall, my sister and I went to get our nails and toes done, what an incredible treat! The service the care and tender touch that Tina, Tammy, Sean and Mimi gave to my sister was so amazing! The conversation was just as good! But it did not distract from the impeccable work. The cost was reasonable especially for that level of service. I got the Aloe Vera pedicure and a fill in! She used real cut aloe Vera plant on my feet. So amazingly refreshing! Then she finished off with a hot stone massage and hot towel wrap! ❤️ I’d love to come more ( if I live in Texas I would!) but hopefully when I return I will definitely come back. If you live here and don’t come you’re missing out! Even the atmosphere and facilities are so clean. I loved every minute! Sweet Nail Bar I hope to see you all soon!

I love sweet nail bar! I get my nails done by Tara, she does an amazing job and is very nice. She gives me good tips too and helps me pick out the best style for me! Definitely recommend this place.

Everyone that works at the Sweet nail bar has been nothing more than amazing. I want to give Tina and Tara their flowers. These two women make me feel like a million bucks. I have been an happy customer since 2018

The salon is very clean, chic, and my manicure itself was well-executed, which is why I’m giving two stars instead of one. However, I had a disappointing experience with the nail design I requested.
I came in two hours before my appointment to ask if they could do a specific design. I showed that multiple designs and they said they could do any of them confidently. I was told yes, and quoted $75 for that design and $85 for a more intricate option. When I returned for my appointment and was midway through my nails, I was suddenly told the price would be $85. I hesitantly stood my ground and reminded them I was originally quoted $75. Thankfully, they honored the original price.
Unfortunately, the end result looked nothing like the design I asked for. I truly wish they had just told me upfront that the design was too complicated. I would’ve much rather gone with a simple solid color than end up with nails I now have to pay to redo elsewhere.
By the time they finished, it was 10 minutes past closing. I didn’t voice my disappointment because I didn’t want to cause a scene, but I left very unsatisfied.
To be fair, my two friends got solid color dip and French tips, and both of their nails looked amazing. They were very happy with their results. if I knew they weren’t capable of this design I would’ve happily gotten French tip for 20 less dollars. my birthday is coming up this weekend and I’m just super upset that I didn’t get the nails I wanted.
Just a heads up to future customers—this is a beautiful salon with skilled staff for more basic services, but if you’re looking for more complex nail art, I’d recommend double checking their capabilities first.
Also, I was visiting from out of town so I didn’t have time to go back and complain, which I never like to do anyways.
Edit reply: Called the owner like I was asked too and was rudely told that they can’t do anything about it and will not fix it and offer me a discount if I want to pay for another full service. Ridiculous and will not be returning here. One star if that.

One of the best nail salons in the aérea. The new owner is absolutely a joy. The nail technicians are amazing!
Tara, Jenny and all the girls there are superb.
I am very picky with my nails and they do a fantastic job.

The receptionist was friendly, the atmosphere was clean and inviting and my sister and cousin’s nailed techs were fantastic BUT my nail technician gave me a bad experience. It was gentleman, he was constantly leaving the table. Both me and my party felt as if he did not want to be doing my nails. When it came time for my nails to dry, he left immediately after applying the top coat. I watched my sister and cousin’s nail techs ensure that their nails were dry. I was left to wonder whether or not would come back to provide me that same courtesy. As a result, one of my nails is already chipped. Although I enjoyed the space and seeing my party have a pleasant experience, I wasn’t satisfied with mine.

Horrible experience today been coming to this Nail Salon for over 7 years no bad experiences until new owners took over a little over a year. Customer service is now horrible and performance is lackluster. The new owners/manager is not customer service friendly. My very last visit. I am to embarrassed to show how the destroyed my eyebrows. HORRIBLE!

I went in to get eyebrows waxed and arched and my eyebrows were butchered. The owner of salon said they look good to me. They look like they were done with a saw blade. She argued with me for 30 minutes and never apologized. Then thought I was going to pay her for this mess. Even though my pedicure was not done correctly I paid for that but not for my butchered eyebrows. Beware that you don’t go for eyebrows. Maybe pedicure but I want even be back for that. The owner was HORRIBLE!!

I booked an appointment for mom and daughter mani and pedi. They couldn’t get to us for 36 minutes. Then they finished my daughter’s nails but only did my toes. They said someone was coming to do my nails but waited another 30 minutes - nothing. Two hours in there and couldn’t even be properly attended to. And they still charged full price. Do not bother coming if you want to get nails done with your kid and expect them to be timely.

my experience was not welcoming i will not be back from the moment i walked in it was constant staring from all the employees i did not feel comfortable. i’m not new to the nail shop but the pedicure service was very lack luster the work that was provided was exceptional and the shop is beautiful and it’s clean, i just wont be back.
