Adam was great... really helpful with all of our questions about offers and buying a phone vs. using a promotion. The TMobile service line he had to call took a while to get our lines and services changed, but Adam handled them with patience and professionalism. I'd go back to this store with any services needed!

came by the store today was greeted by the wonderful T-Mobile workers in particular Sirena, She helped answer all of our questions, set up the iPhones, and made sure we were satisfied with our purchases. Sirena is a top notch TMobile assistant manager at the Richardson store #1357. I highly recommend this store and will be back thanks to TMobile and Sirena.??

My brother and I went in for a new phone, Carlos the assistant manager greeted us and took care of us with great customer service. He was very patient with all my questions and explained everything thoroughly. I did not feel rushed or unheard. Overall the office had a good vibe. Carlos went above to help us find the perfect deal for us. 100% recommend coming to see him!

I came to this T-mobile store to get help on an unlocked phone I had purchased elsewhere. Even though the phone I purchased was complete trash, (Should've just purchased the phone here.) The salesman I spoke to was able to give me information of all the deals they have and the way he knew his stuff I felt like he probably could've unlocked the phone himself lol he was also able to save me money on a new phone. Great store and great customer service!

Visited the other day after not coming here for a while as I needed help with a quick issue. When I arrived, I was quickly helped by the new store manager Isaiah with my problem. I will definitely be returning to this store as I’ve noticed there are new employees who actually care about helping a customer!

Been coming here for years and it is under new management, and they really have turned things around, the entire staff speaks Spanish and the new manager was very nice. The experts at the store were very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend coming to this location

Waited in line at counter for 30 minutes and twice ppl cut in front of me. When I asked the employee if he noticed people cutting me and his response was “uhhhhhhh” it’s the most any employee talked to me the entire time I was there. I would retrain or fire the entire staff. The disrespect is so hurtful to the brand that I can guarantee no employee of my company will ever use a t mobile phone again.

my simm card tray was out of the phone and bent. they forced the simm card tray in in rather than giving me an e simm, or telling me not to risk breaking a $1000 pixel 6 pro and that i should buy a new simm card tray first.I got pixel 6 pro 15 months ago and wound up with an esimm. the display was having issues so i switched to my old pixel XL. On the phone, trying to switch, the t-mobile phone guy insisted there was a simm card in the 6 pro. I'm not not all that wise, and didn't know what a simm card looked like, there was silver on the simm tray and i tried to pry it lose. i wound up going to the store. they put a new simm card into the XL.Got the 6 pro display repaired ($250).went to the store to have the 6 pro re-activitated.They took the simm card out of the XL and asked me where the tray for the 6 pro was. I had the bent tray in a plastic bag.They wound up forcing in the bent tray.Then display started acting up (thin vertical line on the left corner) so i bought it to the repair shop. they kept it overnight and told me that there was nothing wrong with the display when they removed it and tested it, that putting in the bent tray had messed up the simm reader and they washed their hands of me.Since the repair shop, disturbing the internals and removing re-inserting a bent simm (even though I switched back to an e-simm), the phone is completely wonky - can't pull down push notifications 80% of the time, etc.).So now, I'm out $1,250 and will have to switch back to my Pixel XL.Your reply is not helpful, I updated this review to add *tray*. not a bent simm card, a bent SIMM card tray.
