To parents, Target isn't an after school daycare for your Berkner High School kids. Please make better arrangements for their after school care or placement. When kids are flocked around the entrance or riding in carts around the parking lot, it is an annoyance to actual customers of the store.

Love this target and do usually come whenever i'm shopping, however Michelle was checking me out today and had the worst attitude. aggressively set my bags down, sighed when she had to enter my produce, smacking her gum, and didn't even give me my receipt when i asked for it. The young lady with the service dog defiantly has the best customer service in the whole store.

Have not been to Target in months stopped to pick up a few items. Which Target did not have one item needed. Store was clean and great displays in all departments but seems to be not a store to pick up what is needed more of what you might want.

I made the mistake of going to Target when the local highschool got out. I got my Starbucks before I started shopping as usual until I realized a young man followed me and assumed I was a child and FORCED me to leave. I calmly offered my ID, I'm way past grown and graduated lmao. he disrespectfully said to stop making a scene and didn't even look at my ID or give me room to speak. I've been shopping here nearly every week for the last 10 years, I don't think I'll be going back. nobody deserves this uncalled for disrespect.

I love love love targets, and I have never made a bad review before but this is needed. All of the workers besides the lady in guest services are great. If you see this lady named CARMEN that works in guest services avoid her at all cost. I thought my first interaction with her was bad because everyone has bad days but another bad experience with her? I approached guest services and before I could say anything she aggressively asked me if I was in line and whether or not I needed something. Anyways I was there to pick up my order and wanted to see if I could pick it up earlier and I had no problem with waiting and she immediately said "well just cancel your order then" when I was just wondering if I could pick it up early. Love everything else besides that grumpy lady. PSA guest services is supposed to HELP not degrade CARMEN

I called at 9 when they open and have been on hold for 30 mins. I just have two simple questions and they don't bother to check their phones. The pharmacist was very nice and was very sorry for keeping me on hold for so long and went the extra mile to put how to take the meds on the back of the box.

I love how big this Target is and the selection of products. The employees are always nice and ready to help. I love how they clean and line up the shopping carts for customers!

Every time I come in here the shelves are almost always empty. They are never stocked in either the grocery or the home department. It's convenient but I'll travel to Walmart or grocery store for my stuff. Tired of shopping at a store that can't fulfill my needs

OMG! What is my best target shopping experiences ever! Not only is the store super clean and fun but the employees are amazingly friendly and helpful. Not only at the checkouts but also in the aisles. My cashier, Memoza was Super pleasant and efficient and even taught me how to use the cart wheel app. Thank you Target!

Apparently this store is funding its makeover by gouging prices of every day items. Not only are they usually out of the few items I go in for, today was the tipping point.Website stated 4 in stock--there were non.So I went to personal hygiene to purchase one item. Price $4.99 at Target for one and $8.99 for 2, $3.29 at Walmart for one and $5.99 for 2 and $12 for 5 at Costco. Really???? What happened to their "discount pricing?" Apparently more interested in boring, everyday home items than servicing the needs of the neighborhood.Too bad.

Last night I went to Target to pick up some mini pancakes for my extremely picky 3 year old son. If you have a picky kid, you'll know how frustrating it is trying to find something that your kid can at least take a bite of. At Target, I picked up pancakes, a bag of salad, coffee creamer, a bag of cherries, a box of tea and some other foodstuffs. 11 items totaling $47.11. I usually do self checkout because I don't like the lines (nothing wrong with that). I check out my groceries and the bag of cherries were not ringing up so I politely asked for help from the store clerk. She helped me and I thanked her. I paid for my stuff, grabbed a couple of bags so I can bag my groceries in the car and left. The same store clerk that had helped me passed by me with another girl. She then stopped me saying with an attitude "Ma'am, did you pay for all of your stuff? I mean all of your stuff in your cart? Did you pay for all of it?" I was taken aback. I asked her "what are you talking about?" I offered her my receipt to check. This was when the harsh reality hit me. " Why are you asking me this question? Why do you think that I'll come into Target get things and not pay for it? You have been telling others have a good evening and you picked on me about not paying for my groceries?"She then said " I ask everyone if they paid for their stuff" I told her that was a lie because I have been hearing her telling people good night so what was it about me? She walked away without saying anything and that was when I asked for a manager. The manager Jacob came, I explained to him in tears what has happened and his exact words to me were "Ma'am, this is not what our store is about but I can give you the groceries for free if you want." This made me livid. I did not want free groceries and I told him that. I told him I'll be reporting to corporate and I needed the employee's name and he refused to give me her name.Yesterday, I felt embarrassment that I've never felt before in my life from the girl who assumed that I was not worthy of shopping at Target and from the store manager thinking that giving me back the $47.11 that I paid would make me shut up and take the disrespect. I'm a nurse who has been working all throughout this pandemic and all I wanted was to get pancakes for my kid for the week while I'm at work. Is Target telling me that people who look like me don't deserve to shop at Target with dignity? If I was a white woman would she had assumed that I have stolen groceries? Target can take my money but cannot treat me with respect and dignity? I shop at Target all the time. I had my wedding and baby registry from Target. But last night, a person judged me for whatever reason, (my skin color, my accent) and made me feel small. I cried all the way home and for the majority of the night. When you see videos of prejudice, you would never know that it would happen to you. All I wanted was shop where I wanted without being treated like less of a person. If I can afford it, I should be able to shop wherever I want to without being demeaned. And when acts of prejudice is brought up with management, there should be more done than "I can give you free groceries", take it and let's not talk about it again. To that store clerk, I hope you don't ever feel the way I felt yesterday. I hope nobody ever treat you with disrespect like the way you treated me. To Jacob the manager I spoke to, please educate yourself on current issues of how people of color in America are being treated. That would help you understand why I was upset. You offering to give me the groceries for free was dismissive and tone deaf. I hope I showed you that I have enough dignity by refusing your offer. To Target, I hope you train your employees to treat ALL your customers with respect and dignity no matter the color of their skin or what they might look or sound like to you.PS:Please feel free to share this p
