I have never had any problems with my target returns. EVER. Until today, that is. I love target. But After today, I am so tempted to never go back. I attempted to return address. Which now, I understand was not returnable because of it being part of a Kate Spade promotion. It was one day past the return date. Of course I would’ve liked a little grace. Being that it was not even 24 hours past the return due date. The team member said she could not do that, but that she would call her manager and ask. And this is when things became so Unpleasant. The manager-Linh-At this Richardson Square location, was the absolute rudest most dismissive And unprofessional person I have ever encountered in retail. She has absolutely no business in my opinion, being in a customer service industry. She could have conveyed to me how sorry she was for not being able to return the item, Because of policies, etc. Many times it’s not what we say, but how we say it. She was completely devoid of Emotional intelligence. It was as if she didn’t even have a soul. It was very clear to me that she absolutely did not care about how I felt. And as a representative of target at that moment, She gave target such a bad name. So bad that I am seriously considering not coming back.

Women's bathrooms have been horrible the last few days 4/24- 4/25/25 no toilet paper, no soap and toilet paper in the toilet and very dirty.

They have a new deli counter here which is great. It seems the staff working there is super rude and appears they don’t want to wait on customers. I don’t understand why work in the deli if you don’t want to do your job 🤷♀️. They pretend you are not there when you are standing right in front of the counter and ignore you. Not only that one employee told me they were closed when clearly they were not. Very unprofessional.

Do not buy electronics from here. It is very frustrating trying to return even a few days over their return policy.

Target is the nicest and cleanest store and my favorite place to shop. The Staff are always friendly and helpful and the prices are very reasonable.

Please make trading cards limited again. Multiple time I go and find scalpers walk out with bags full of every single card.

I have been going to this location for over 20 years. I have always gotten great customer service. I am going to go ahead and be fair and give this location a five star. However, today when I went to pick up my pick up order, the young lady that came out to bring me my items did not come to the side of the car that was specifically put in the note, all she asked was what my code was. What was I supposed to have and threw the items in the car on the wrong side and just walked away did not say hello did not Even show any type of welcoming attitude did not say thank you.

If you’re a customer paying with cash instead of a card, be prepared to be treated second class and have card paying people moved ahead of you in line. Remember, management is always right.

Target's definitely a little bit pricey... But if you like Target then I guess they've got some really good markdowns for christmas.. I noticed you could get a string of 100.. Christmas lights for just over a dollar

I ordered an elf that I needed to replace from this location because it was the only one available, had to drive 45 minutes for them to hand be the wrong item without telling me they replaced it so I had to go back inside and they just basically said oh well they were out of what I needed. I could have at least been notified about the substitute but they struggled just to give me a refund because my order still said I purchased the brown eyed boy elf and not the product that I received.

Richardson Square - Target best guest services have had a great experience there - was there to pick up a brand new carsest for family members newborn - was greeted with a smile -friendly service and overall great experience! Y’all get a 20 on scale of 1 to 10 !!! Kudos!!!!

I had a disappointing experience at store #1430 encountered poor customer service, particularly from the manager by the name of Linh. Not only did she seem uninterested in assisting me, but her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional.
I expected better service, especially from someone in a leadership position. It's unfortunate because the rest of the staff was friendly and helpful, but the behavior of the manager by the name of Ling left a negative impression. I hope upper leadership address this issue to ensure future customers don't have the same experience.

This target was super fun I found everything I needed but I do have one complaint about one employee named andrea, I was in her check out lane she’s super slow , has a rude face when talking to guest and looks very unprofessional. Her hair is all over the place and just does not look clean . Besides that it was a good target 😊
