Great experience. Gave me a second opinion when I was told it would be 7200 for a new transmission from Christian Brothers. These guys were way more honest, and I didn't actually need a transmission, I needed a service. Saved me 6200 dollars. Thanks Billy!

I took my car in from an oil change, but knew I had a possible problem from the "burned rubber" smell when starting it.
They checked the motor over, found an oil leak onto the belts. They discussed options, costs, and timing with me based on what they were able to see. They worked me into their schedule, provided a ride home & back. They called after cleaning off the motor finding that the leak was from a different source to repair. We discussed options & the cost, and was still able to fix the problem on time, for almost half the original quoted price. These are good people performing good car maintenance!

My husband, Larry, went for the first time on a recommendation to FC Automotive Service Center and spoke to Billy. Not only did he answer all my questions, he was able to repair my car the same day...that is not heard of much. Billy is the "real deal" and so are his employees and people he works with. I will go back again and I will refer people to him.
You can trust your car to the man who wears the star, the "Texaco Star"!

I’ve been taking my car to FC Automotive for over 20 years. Billy is the best. He always remembers me and everything about my car. They are trustworthy. If they tell you need something then you can rest assured that you really do. In fact, Billy told me on one visit that he looks at it as if it was his daughter’s car. Honest and trustworthy! I recommend FC Automotive to everyone I know!
