Billy and his team take fantastic, reliable care of my car here than anywhere. This is my regular spot for oil changes and general car maintenance. Anytime I've taken my car to a dealership, they've cut corners and charge an arm and a leg, have no availability and take the whole day. I end up coming back here anyway because I know they're quick, local, and trustworthy.

This is about Franks Texaco in Richardson TX address 2150 E BELT LINE RD RICHARDSON , Texas, 75081 phone #(972) 234-2031. I used franks for an oil change and now they send me SMS marketing and I didn't sign anything that says they can do that. I called to ask them to put me on the do not call list and the rude lady that answered I recorded it said I was rude and hung up after telling just to ignore the texts. NO I NEVER GAVE PERMISSION AND REQUEST NOT TO BE SENT MARKETING BY MAIL OR TEXT. Please stop Frank Marinos sms marketing. I'm sending my texts and calls to the FCC I don't give permission for anything from this Texaco!!! I've requested to be put on the do not call list so please do so!!! I have my call's recordEd if you say I didn't!!

Frank, Billy, and the rest of the guys just can't be beat. Remember that thing called Customer Service and Honesty? They've got it in spades. Took my old car here from 100K miles to just shy of 200k, and they told me the next repair would cost more than the car is worth. I'm about to take my "new" car, six years old now, to them since it's no longer under warranty. Looking forward to seeing these guys again. I've had family friends go there, my brother has been a customer for years, and lo and behold, my dad even approves. If you're a lady needing car repairs, you can rest assured they won't cheat or talk down to you.
