I am leaving this review in disgust I am a army veteran and because I was not able to be there for my mother and her move back to Arizona this company took advantage of her by quoting 3k and moved it up to 6k and I’m looking through the views not and it seems that this is common practice either you need to get someone who can quote better or just give your actual prices it’s not right to mislead people and take advantage of women. God doesn’t like ugly so I pray you guys make things right with your customers or soon that karma will come back around.

They are a very dishonest company they give you a price kind of high then they send over an over cologne fast talking salesman and he starts jacking up the price before even starting the job so now I’m over 2500 more than I could afford but stuck because I’m on a timeline. They also talked me out of taking a piece of furniture but then they packed it and put it in the truck. I probably should’ve waited because they haven’t delivered yet but I wanted to let others to be aware of this company taking advantage of people. Horrible I will be also putting a complaint on bbb and others ! A two small bedroom cost me 5777. Was quoted 3400.? Not right

please be advised when using this company for your move. My sister had recently used this company, upon unpacking. She is missing several expensive items and pieces are missing to her bedframe. Replacing these items are going to cost her a lot of money on top of this problem this company up charged her five grand. The initial quote was for $3000 for a 1600 square-foot apartment, 42 items on the list. On moving day as majority of her stuff was already on the moving truck they surprised her with a new quote of $9000 because she had an additional 12 items. How does this make sense at all? and how do you tell someone when half of their stuff is already on the moving truck, that they have to pay 5000 more dollars. She had to leave that day because she was moving to another state. This company has so many good reviews because they bribe people with a discount so they can get a good review. when calling to seek resolution for my sister, I got screamed at by the manager and hung up on. The most unprofessional woman I’ve ever encountered in my life.
