We just finished an addition with Tile Land. We are absolutely thrilled with this big scale project I strongly recommend them! I want to especially mention Pete Garcia, the owner, and Ricky.A major project is unnerving. I felt at ease from the first meeting I had with the owner (Pete) at the company's office in Richardson. With any big project, there are bound to be small hiccups. I felt Pete was extremely responsive and attentive to all of those concerns. I found him to be honest and full of integrity. Also, Ricky was a fantastic project manager. I saw or heard from him pretty much every day, which is even more impressive because that involved him commuting between the office in Richardson and Dallas. Ricky was on top of all the trades (electrical, plumbing, etc) and made sure they stuck to the schedule. If I mentioned any small concern, Ricky had them back out the next day to address the concern. I was very impressed that Pete was able to work around our budget and was transparent about what could be done, and let us choose exactly which upgrades to make.During the project, we added several small projects unrelated to the addition and Pete was very fair about pricing and exceeded our expectations. He's now our go to person for any work we want to be done in the future, and we're already thinking of ideas.Do not hesitate to call Pete. We had flooding from the freeze. The first contractor that came to give us an estimate for repairs said the cost would be close to $20k. T. L. Remodling completed the work for less than $3k. And the work was excellent!I wish we had known about them sooner!

Pete and Tile Land is top is this line of work. His crew is professional and aims for perfection. Laid 2400 sq of raw wood flooring in all rooms expect laundry and bathrooms. His team arrived promptly each day and stayed until the job was complete. Fantastic job laying down, scraping, staining, and completing the job on time and budget. If I need anything dealing with home remodeling, I go to Pete first!

Tile Land provided design input and completed an extensive amount of work throughout our home over a period of months while we lived in our house. My husband and I highly recommend them for their EXPERTISE and their INTEGRITY. Expertise, because they efficiently provided fantastic design suggestions and executed all of the updates beautifully. We couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. And integrity, because throughout the process, they always did the right thing. They helped us find solutions that fit our budget, ensuring we devoted our funds to the areas most meaningful to us. Their price quotes were competitive, their work was professional, and when unforeseen issues arose, they always took care of the issue without any hassle. Every time. We were not easy customers and we are not easily impressed. That said, we remain impressed and so thankful we had the work done by Pete, Noel and the team.

Tile Land remodeled our kitchen in in July/August, replacing the counter tops, backsplash and painting our cabinets. We couldn't be happier with the results. Tile Land is a family owned business and I would recommend them to anyone considering any remodeling project. What I appreciated most, other than the quality of their work, was their response to my questions and issues. When I pointed out a problem they and each sub contractor that I talked with had this same response" We want you to be happy with the work". And the followed up immediately by fixing the problem. They did a great job and, again, I would recommend them to anyone looking to remodel.

While initially the service was ok, or maybe just blowing smoke to get us off their back. When asking to repair issues with flooring coming apart, knife cuts in the flooring by the installers, poorly installed threshold that has been fixed 3 time we are now no longer getting a response from them. Actually after numerous attempts we gave up months ago! They will talk a good game but when the rubber meets the road Nadda! Stay far away, far, far away! Hopefully we will be the last people who have to deal with sub par flooring and installation!

Pete and his team were great. He was very organized and very proactive. He found the perfect most beautiful tile that was within budget to update our half bath. The instillation was flawless and looks fantastic. He was also very communicative. I reccomend them to anyone with tiling needs.

Very professional and prompt! They were very responsive and efficient with setting up a time to provide an estimate for my repairs. They provided an itemized estimates which outlined the details of the repairs needed. They were much more organized and professional than several other places I called and received estimates from. Unfortunately the cost was out of my budget, otherwise I would have used their services!

This is a great tile shop, good layouts, little bit more pricey than Floor & Decor but their service is fantastic. The person that helped me was Marissa and while she had good ideas, was never pushy & always pointed out price-point alternatives. Tile was quick to ship and they are really good about communication including weights, so you are never surprised. I used them for a kitchen & hall bath, came out great!

I scheduled an appointment with them to give me an estimate for our backsplash and also our bathroom remodeling. When he (Pete, I believe the owner) gave me the quote for backsplash it was much higher than what we had in mind, so I asked for a discount and told him that Loews gave us a lower estimate if they can match that. He couldn't so I said it's too high for the backsplash but I still want to see the estimate for the bathroom. He told me his time is too valuable to do that and we should ask whoever is doing our kitchen to do the bathroom too!! I find it very unprofessional, he did the measurement and he should've sent us the estimate, I have the right to choose them or go with another vendor for a better price!

I've done 7 home renovations using Tile Land. From flooring, bathroom renovation, ceiling and insulation and painting -they do a great job! The owner's take much pride in their work and are very selective with the contractors they hire. That said, there have been some bumps along the way but the management team took immediate action to make good. I've referred 8 of my own clients to them with peace of mind knowing that that Pete and his crew will take care of them.
