These folks in this pharmacy are so kind and caring. I visited yesterday 08/29 and the circumstances had me in tears. They have some compassion that I have not seen in most pharmacies. They always so helpful and understanding. Thank You with so much appreciation.

The 5 stars I'm giving these pharmacy staff are definitely earned! They honestly provide the best customer service of any pharmacy I've ever had -- they're genuinely welcoming, super good about follow through, are highly competent at their jobs, do a good job of setting realistic expectations, AND they're ***good about communication***.
Those qualities seem to be getting rarer and rarer at most pharmacies and this particular Tom Thumb pharmacy has earned my loyalty.
Mirela (I hope I spelled that right) is especially friendly, efficient, and I feel like she genuinely cares about the people she's helping (including me!). I look forward to seeing her and the rest of the team when I have to pick up meds and am just so thankful to have come across them.
Btw, to whoever is the boss of the pharmacy, please give these team members a raise and a promotion!! 👏👏👏

This is the ONLY grocery store in the area that doesn't have any bike parking. Every time I go there are at least two other cyclist. I have asked management repeatedly to add a rack, Tom thumb wants you to get your bike stolen I guess

We have been using this Tom Thumb pharmacy for over 30+ years, and they have always been courteous and kind, especially Fred and Mirela, both of whom are extremely knowledgeable. We actually live in Dallas now but continue to use the Arapaho Village location because of our longstanding relationship and experiences with this Tom Thumb pharmacy.

I received my medications from them. Nice staff but refused to give me a refund for the difference of charges. Per good RX gold I was supposed to be charged 21 and was charged over 110. They were going to give me a slight refund of roughly ten dollars. Because I already paid they wouldn’t change the pricing even though they made a mistake. Absolutely unprofessional and absurd. Won’t be coming here any more

Mirela at the Arapaho Pharmacy is so freaking awesome. I love her. She’s so kind and patient with me, which is awesome because I’m not the fastest. thank you Mirela!!

Prices are 30% higher than other grocery stores. Expired food can regularly be found on the shelves. Items say they are on sale, but are full price when you check out.

Wow!Rudeness, Tone & Attitude from the woman working returns today, Thursday, November 2nd!!!!!I believe her name was Alyssa.I was returning some fresh mozzarella that was spoiled & moldy. Alyssa's questioned, me about opening it, and returning it. Yes, I opened it, how would I had known that it was spoiled. And the question I wanted to ask, but didn't...Is you're doing returns in the grocery store, what else are you going to return, where most of everything is 90% food...a sweater, lol???This Tom Thumb needs to train their employees to give customer service. I also picked up a prescription, and they were very unfriendly as well.Shame on you Tom Thumb for NOT taking back my spoiled food, AND making me drive to another TT...and I'm feeling under the weather.

Rude rude rude employees!!!! Every time I come here to buy energy drink or something the employees either don't know how to smile or either grumpy and hate their job or have attitude problems when you ask them about any items !! The girl who was stocking the beer when she went to back room she slammed the door super hard and didn't even bother to say anything!! Simply don't work in retail store if you have attitude problems! Customer service is not for everybody. Other than customer service being so suck, the deli food is also taste like the chicken was from a week ago . Won't go back to this Tom Thumb! Horrible customer service! Horrible experience! Specially this location !!!

I wanted to express my appreciation for the employees at this Tom Thumb. Every visit to this store has been a delightful experience. The staff members are consistently nice and incredibly helpful.What's truly remarkable is that everyone seems to be in a good mood, which creates a welcoming atmosphere. It's evident that the employees take pride in their work, and it reflects in their exceptional customer service.This Tom Thumb has made quite a few changes in the past few months, and these changes have been phenomenal, especially in the produce section. The store is now more organized, and it's pretty easy to navigate, making shopping a breeze.I want to commend the employees at this Tom Thumb for their dedication to providing a pleasant shopping experience.
