The Tom Thumb Campbell Pharmacist is so helpful and much more knowledgeable than the Tom Thumb Arapaho pharmacist.

I started going to this Tom Thumb pharmacy since 2010. Janet and Frank are the pharmacists I know best. Both are fantastic. I remember one of my mom's medicine was not stocked at their pharmacy and they didn't know when they would get it in. Frank called other pharmacies and went on his day off to pick it up.
I have never had a pharmacy do that.
The staff is always helpful and concerned. They listen.
I know some people get frustrated about waiting but, they treat every single person individually with their unique situation. All their customers are equally important.
As a health care provider I have a genuine appriciation for that.
I highly recommend them.

Janet - the wonderful lady in the pharmacy - has helped me so many times with my medical records as well as giving me valuable insight into my shots and my prescribed meds. She is always so patient with me and is kind and professional. I go out of my way to have her take care of my needs and have always been impressed with her knowledge in every regard.

I absolutely love this pharmacy. I have been going to Janet for the last 10 years. She always answers every question and she is so patient and kind. My prescriptions and refills are always done early. She helps out with finding the lowest prices and always goes above and beyond.

I called and pharmacist Janet Way answered. She was very unprofessional and often told me to “hurry up” when I asked her a question.
She also did not verify my identity when I inquired about my medication.

I have been using this pharmacy for 10 years. I have regular pain management prescription. I recently had shoulder replacement surgery and the surgeon called a different medication - because after surgery you need something different than you regularly take. The pharmacist refused to fill the prescription. I had my regular prescribing physician call them and she said the would not fill any other pain prescription for me. I have been on the same dose for 10 years.No empathy and no attempt to help. AT.ALL.

My Cymbalta was supposed to be delivered next day. That was Saturday. Its Monday and shows as being canceled. How can they do this. Now they say they can't deliver until Wednesday. I'm house bound. Don't know anyone here and am 61 years old and now have to deal with antidepressant withdrawals.

Pharmacist Janet really went above and beyond to help me out with an issue with my prescription! That’s the best service I’ve ever received from a pharmacy, and I’ve used many different pharmacies regularly over the last 15 years.

Perhaps the worst pharmacy I have experienced. First off, waited over half an hour for a flu shot and then ended up just leaving. Then they still billed my insurance. Next, they took similarly ridiculous times to fill my actual prescriptions. Last straw was when they were rude to my Fiancé when she went to pick up medication after a surgical procedure, implying she didn’t actually need her doctor-prescribed medication. Literally anywhere else is better for your pharmacy needs.

My doctor suggested this pharmacy because of a discount program they honor on one of my prescriptions. He told me between their price and the discount my prescription would be far less than anywhere else. What he did not tell me was how great the service was...Service here is quick and friendly and when you need to speak with the pharmacist they are available fairly immediately. I am thinking about transferring my other prescriptions here!

Just transferred all my rxs to this pharmacy- my Dr was really impressed when pharmacist contacted his nurse immediately to let them know they could not completely fill one of my rxs for pneumonia & filled what they could & Dr added another antibiotics- not unusual with so many covid & respiratory illnesses going around right now- great customer service- one of many reasons I switched from Target/CVS!

Came here for to get flu shot. Made an appointment, came on time and it took them 30 minutes to “process”. What kind of service is this. Just tell people it’s gonna take time or what’s the point of appointment!
