I have been using this pharmacy for 10 years. I have regular pain management prescription. I recently had shoulder replacement surgery and the surgeon called a different medication - because after surgery you need something different than you regularly take. The pharmacist refused to fill the prescription. I had my regular prescribing physician call them and she said the would not fill any other pain prescription for me. I have been on the same dose for 10 years.No empathy and no attempt to help. AT.ALL.

My Cymbalta was supposed to be delivered next day. That was Saturday. Its Monday and shows as being canceled. How can they do this. Now they say they can't deliver until Wednesday. I'm house bound. Don't know anyone here and am 61 years old and now have to deal with antidepressant withdrawals.

Pharmacist Janet really went above and beyond to help me out with an issue with my prescription! That’s the best service I’ve ever received from a pharmacy, and I’ve used many different pharmacies regularly over the last 15 years.

Perhaps the worst pharmacy I have experienced. First off, waited over half an hour for a flu shot and then ended up just leaving. Then they still billed my insurance. Next, they took similarly ridiculous times to fill my actual prescriptions. Last straw was when they were rude to my Fiancé when she went to pick up medication after a surgical procedure, implying she didn’t actually need her doctor-prescribed medication. Literally anywhere else is better for your pharmacy needs.

My doctor suggested this pharmacy because of a discount program they honor on one of my prescriptions. He told me between their price and the discount my prescription would be far less than anywhere else. What he did not tell me was how great the service was...Service here is quick and friendly and when you need to speak with the pharmacist they are available fairly immediately. I am thinking about transferring my other prescriptions here!

Just transferred all my rxs to this pharmacy- my Dr was really impressed when pharmacist contacted his nurse immediately to let them know they could not completely fill one of my rxs for pneumonia & filled what they could & Dr added another antibiotics- not unusual with so many covid & respiratory illnesses going around right now- great customer service- one of many reasons I switched from Target/CVS!

Came here for to get flu shot. Made an appointment, came on time and it took them 30 minutes to “process”. What kind of service is this. Just tell people it’s gonna take time or what’s the point of appointment!

Called and was immediately put on hold for 9 minutes without them even greeting me first! Horrible customer service.

Store apparently closes more than ten minutes prior to posted closing time. After waiting outside for several minutes and asking staff standing inside what time they closed, an employee opened a door, then stated "I'm trying to get out of here. "
When I asked if I could come in quickly to get cough drops for my son, the employee replied "You have five minutes" with a rude tone of voice.
Rushed, I was not able to find what I needed and left several minutes before closing time. I asked for the employee's name. She refused to share her name. Her manager did not provide support or service either.
When Tom Thumb does not provide a convenient experience, then the high prices and limited selection do not justify the trip.

Worst pharmacy! Rude staff, they could careless about your care. They will make a line of 5 people wait and nobody is helping anybody.

I love this store! This store isn't the closest Tom Thumb to my home, but it is my favorite. The employees are always so helpful and friendly. The selection is always great. They have great sales and even more savings through their app. The bakery and produce section is always well stocked and everything is fresh and delicious. The florist area always has fresh, beautiful flowers. They have a great Kosher market with meat, fish and fresh sushi and a Kosher dry goods and dairy section. Mike, Patel and Juan at the Kosher deli are always friendly and helpful. Ann the cashier always has a smile. They also employ Special needs individuals and that just fills my heart up!

Stopped in for a few things. Wanted to pick up a Covid test. Stopped by the pharmacy, asked the young man if he had any. He said yes, but they were getting ready to close. I asked him if I could take it to the cashiers, he said yes. However the pharmacist said no, I'd have find them over there ( pointing somewhere out in the store). I said can I have the one he was about to give me, she said no, you find them out there. I don't use the atom Thumb pharmacy for my prescription due to their horrible customer service!
