I purchased an auto from them back in April of 2022. That experience was amazing absolutely hands down best experience in purchasing an auto and I’ve purchased many throughout my life.\\nNow, for the horrible experience. My car is a little over a year old. My A/C has decided it will work some days and not others in this 100 plus degree weather. I scheduled an online appointment per requirement for service. I arrived yesterday approximately 1 hour prior to my appointment. Might I add I put on my appointment request customer would wait along with exactly the said problem. The young man told me I would have to leave my car…..ok nobody told me ahead of time my car would need to be left and I just drove 90 minutes to arrive at this place. I was very upset so the Manager Mike comes out. They do not have a loaner car for me and proceeded to tell me that if the A/C is currently working they will not be able to diagnose it. I’m fuming mad at this point and walk out! I have contacted corporate along with some others as well. If you expect service after the purchase go with American made car!\\n\\nUpdate:\\nSpoke with Alex the GM and assured me if it is a warranty issue they will get it fixed as my concern was with the mileage and going over the 36,000 miles. Once this issue is resolved I will update and change my star rating.\\nHe also made me aware they get 500 appointments a day and do not have time to review them ahead of time.\\nI feel as if instead of addressing issues they make the customer feel as if they did something wrong. I was also informed by Alex, the owner made the statement if this does not stop they will break ties with me and refuse service.\\nUpdate:September 5th\\nTook my car back in for them to repair and the blower motor was bad. Service Department was very nice and Victor text along the way to keep me informed.

Received a email stating service for a old lease on a Mazda I purchased at this Dealership. The service department has emailed me, that same car is due for its 6 month service. This same service department charged me a high amount for one of my maintenances on the car, they didn't tell me what it would be before I arrived for the appointment and I was already there. Mind you any time I waited on the waiting room they always wanted to ask me to upgrade chair the filter for this much, and add this or that. I need a strut repaired and they allowed me to leave after paying nearly 600 for a maintenance and never brought up the broken strut, but were trying to sell me tires. I went home and my boyfriend told me the car was still not driving correctly. After we went back together which is sad. He told them they as a service department couldn't see the strut was broken but wanted to charge me more for extra unnecessary add one? They did maintenance on the car and never bothered to tell me about that one issue that was covered under my warranty! We went to discount tires for new tires and had the car aligned as well. Please be cautious and always make sure to get the estimate and all the charges separate for each service they are requiring for the maintenance.

Not sure why they hide the coffee and vending machines far away from the service waiting area. They are actually in the back near the bathrooms. Service managers have no energy. Facility is new.

I bought a new 2022 Mazda CX5 in July 2022 in cash (not financed) and the sales rep told me I was required to buy the Easy Care Maintenance for $600 or he wouldn't sell the car. This was in response to me saying that I did not want that maintenance package, but I wanted the car that day, so I thought to just take a little bit of a loss. He also said it was good for 36k miles or 3 years, so $600 for 4-5 services at most. We don't use this car much, so now in August 2023 it was due for it's first maintenance and I brought it in. I was then told that the terms of the maintenance agreement were 1.5 years or 3 services, whichever comes first. This made the maintenance suddenly $600 for a single service for me, because it was 1 year of driving before the first maintenance was due. I was upset that the salesman lied to me, but brought it in anyway. Now this is what I got for this $600 service:1. The CABIN air filter was not replaced (see attached pic).2. Windshield wiper fluid was almost empty and not topped off.3. So basically just oil, oil filter and a tire rotation. On top of this there were other issues.- The service tech advised to purchase a new ENGINE air filter at additional cost for me, but when I looked at it at home after, it was all clean and white. There was a single small leaf in it. Note that the pic is from the cabin air filter and not the engine air filter.- There was a small nail in the tire near the center that was straight in. I used slime to stop the leak, which I know is not really recommended, but you can just wipe the spot near the nail and patch it. The tech refused and said that because there was slime, I needed a new tire and tpms sensor. I was quoted $585 for the tire replacement, which included $210 for the tpms sensor. At this point I had enough of the lies and had him put the spare on and take the wheel and tire to a regular tire place. They patched the tire and put the wheel back on and the tpms sensor was working fine of course. This cost me $30.In short, the prepaid maintenance plan is just a money grab and the salesman has lied to me. The tech could've referred me to a regular tire place instead of trying to turn it in a cash grab and claiming good parts (tire+sensor) were bad, so they can sell them at a very inflated price.

Took the car in to have the AC looked at and the screen replaced due to a ghost issue and have the Apple Car Play installed at the same time. The ghost in the screen was diagnose in 2022 but they couldn't get the parts. Took it in August 2023. They wanted me to pay again for the screen diagnostic as the initial diagnostic wasn't in their system. After much arguing they took the car in. They sent a video to give you a recap on what they found and need to be done but it was inaudible. Called in but the receptionist at the service center refused to pass me to someone who could talk to me as "they only send a video" and "no one is allowed to talk to me". Again after much arguing and calling twice, I was put in touch with the Service Center Supervisor. He explained to me that they just need to fill up the AC, they had the replacement touch screen in stock and would at the time install the Apple CarPlay. Approved for the work to be performed.Went to get the car, paid and drove away. To my surprise arrived at home to realize the Apple CarPlay wasn't installed.Called back Mike, told me to come back the following day and he would himself install the Apple CarPlay.Arrived that day as agreed with Mike, car was taken by a technician, waited 45 minutes. Then Mike came to see me to tell me they couldn't do the Apple CarPlay. Apparently my car was too old.I was told 3 times it could be done, took the car 3 times to the Service Center, was charged $2,000 ++ and still no Apple CarPlay.Mike told me it would be better for me to take the car to Car Toy where they can actually this type of work ?????Would I have known a year ago Mazda couldn't do it I would sold the car, save the $2,000 and bought a car that is modern enough to have the Apple CarPlayIt was the first Mazda I bought, the poor experience with the quality of the car itself was a turn off when after only 5 year it needs a new screen that "wasn't covered by the warranty".The terrible experience with the Service Center that tells me I would have better luck with another company doing the work just adds insult to injury.

They replaced my battery three years ago that had a 5 year warranty. When I took it in to them today for them to check the battery, first they gave me an estimate for the full price of the battery. Then they said the 5 year warranty was 3 years no charge and the last two years was prorated. And that the 3 year warranty ended at 12:00 am last night that they would not honor. So I spoke to a manager who told me they couldn't do anything about the warranty but they would charge me $99 to replace and install the new battery. I told them to replace the battery. When I went to pick it up, I was told the charge was $189 which was $133 prorate for the battery and $50 charge for installation. When I told the manager that was not what I was told on the phone, he denied he told me $99.

I had a horrible experience and wanted to share my encounter in the event you are thinking of going to this dealership. These are the facts of my negative experience. Buyer beware. I was helping my son who was looking to buy his first car. He liked the car he found and wanted me to see it. I told him to put a deposit on the car and I would look at it after work. The salesperson would not accept a deposit. I called the sales manager, Christian Pritt, who apologized and asked me to come see the car and ask for him. He greeted me and I proceeded to look at the car. I told him I would buy the car so after I took it for a pre-purchase inspection and all was good. I couldn't take it the same day because the auto shop was closing. I was able to get an appointment for 9am. I spoke with Christian and he assured me that my son can pick up the car at 9am and get the inspection. We shook hands and I thanked him for taking care of me. All good, right? Wrong!! When I got home, Christian called me and said the car was sold?!?!?!! I was so upset because he didn't keep his word. He just told me, "it wasn't a guarantee that I would hold the car". What? He gave me his word. Christian is not an honorable person and his word is worthless. He could care less that he broke his promise. He was simply after the almighty dollar. I wouldn't trust anything that comes out of his mouth, even if his tongue was notarized. If this is how little he cares about a customer before purchasing, I can only imagine how he must act after the sale. I have zero respect and wouldn't purchase a car from this dealer even if the cost was $1. He said he didn't guarantee me. Well, I can guarantee that I will never visit this dealer again. They lost my business and you would be wise to consider if you want to do business with a dealer that treats its customers like this.

I have not yet had my vehicle serviced here, but I wanted to mention the excellent customer service provided by Steve and Victor (I think both are from the parts/service departments).I contacted Steve to obtain a new fob for my car. He was very kind, helpful, transparent with pricing, and made sure I would have a fob available to be programmed for my service date. I was transferred around a few times to schedule an appointment and ended back up with Steve who personally ensured I spoke with the right person and was taken care of.Victor assisted me from there and was so upbeat over the phone , kind, and helpful. He answered my additional questions as well.I look forward to my first service appointment with this team and location and hopefully will be able to continue coming back in the future if my vehicle’s warranty allows me to. (I purchased my vehicle from another dealership whose service was not on this location’s level. I would’ve rather given this establishment my money!)Thanks, Steve and Victor!

Town North Mazda has an excellent service center. The sales associates are laid back, friendly and honest. I love how whenever I take my car in, they text me a video of my car on the lift and walk me through the underside components they inspected. They also show under the hood if they did any work or tests there. It's so cool to hear the mechanic's thought process as he records himself walking around the car. I will definitely be coming back a third time for my next routine maintenance interval.

This dealership is absolutely amazing! The process of buying a new vehicle was straight forth and painless. I have bought many vehicles and as a customer I have never experienced the amazing customer service from a car salesman as I did here at Town North Mazda. I am so thrilled with my new 2023 CX-5. If you are looking for a painless car buying experience with top shelf customer service, knowledge and quàlity. Look no further!!
