Worst services I’ve ever received. I came here first time and I didn’t want to deal because it was overcharged. Then, I got a call from an employee and GM and they said that we can do $1000 less. I came here and they said it’s not possible. I tried to tell them that I came here because you mentioned on a call. Nobody was listening to me. I can’t trust them anymore.

Would not suggest you buy from here! Our vehicle we purchased 2018 Ram 2500 supposedly had went through service and it got a 171 point inspection instead of 172. Noticed on test drive truck had a little sway but it was a bit windy and salesman said oh it’s the wind! This truck has been fully inspected! Oil light and fuel filter light had also not been reset. Turns out lower control arm bolt was coming out of the driver side rear! Had to have it fixed after the truck swayed off the road and about killed us! They WILL NOT RETURN CALL OR PROVIDE SERVICE RECORDS FOR VEHICLE.
I’ll attach some pics of what shop found! You can tell bolt has been jacked for a bit!

I Purchased my first supra from Toyota of Richardson in 07/2022 with Christina Soto. Initially, my experience with Christina was pretty standard. Wouldn’t give me an exact price, wanted me to just come in, etc. standard dealer games.
She lets me know about the incoming anniversary edition & i told her i was interested. She sends me the ones they had coming in. The Supra had an MSRP of $65,275.00. They marked the vehicle to $86,984.00 but so graciously reduced to 85,000.00 on 12/20.
On Saturday, 12/30, i contact christina about the color, unable to decide if i wanted the White or Orange one. Soto replies “this orange, we can’t even keep people off this vehicle” during that conversation, Christina and I come to an agreement on purchase price, trade, etc. she requests a deposit. I declined the deposit because it’s the end of business day (after hours at this point, actually), they are closed Sunday and I made it explicitly clear I would be in first thing Monday morning to sign up and take POSSESSION of the vehicle. Soto agreed. She knew we were coming Monday. we move on.
Monday rolls around. I remove all of my personal items from my vehicle, rearrange my husband’s schedule for the day so he can attend, and we begin the hour and a half journey to Toyota of Richardson. We arrive, the vehicle is not there. She knew we were coming, lied about it being there just to get me in the door. I leave, tell her to have her manager call me. They never do. They go radio silent and as i found out this morning, sell the car to another buyer. I will not be back to Toyota of Richardson. Please take your business elsewhere, these people do not care about you. You are simply a check. Avoid at all costs.

Horrendous service. I purchased a used vehicle that had some cosmetic issues to it since it was JUST brought onto the lot. We agreed on part of the deal that after purchase they would fix the issues ( broken driver side window, broken handles in the car, etc etc)After weeks of back and forth they finally got to fixing the window , but then they declined on finishing the job with the tint. Claiming that used car sales doesn’t do tint, but Toyota new car sales does …. It’s Toyota it should be under the same umbrella. Now I have one untinted window and they refuse to finish the work. Claiming it was never on the system, but why fix the window if it was never on the work order. Lots of fishy stuff here. Seems like they are pinching Pennie’s. Lost a customer for sure and I’ll tell everyone else.

Worst car buying experience of my life. Quoted a price online which they stated was always their “best deal” and then time of closing tried to tack on $4,999 “optional upgrades” that earlier in the showing of the vehicle were included with every vehicle. “Upgrades like a second key, tires and an invisible pain protection coating. When I told them they were listed by the salesman as “come with” then slipped in as extra I told them I would not pay for any of that. I was told they couldn’t do that. Then as I was about to walk out then they were going to take it off if we would make the deal. Then the sales manager came out and changed it to $1,999. I said we were done to with the sales manager asked what did they need to do to make this deal happen. This was my son’s first vehicle to buy with the money he worked years to save. He got to learn a hard life lesson and why so often the statement “used car salesman” has such a negative connotation. Run don’t walk away from Richardson Toyota.

The experience here was great. I set an appointment and our sales guy, Theo, confirmed with us and even sent us a video to confirm that it was there. I feel he was professional, friendly and did not waist our time. We would visit here the next time we are looking for a vehicle.

From the moment I stepped into the showroom, Jacob's professionalism, knowledge, and dedication were apparent. He took the time to understand my needs, answered all my questions, and helped me find the perfect car for my lifestyle. His no-pressure approach made the buying process smooth and enjoyable. I can't recommend Jacob Campbell and Toyota of Richardson enough. A five-star experience all around!

First off, I haven’t dealt with anyone as disrespectful as Ryan Boyd. From the beginning he already had a condescending tone and acted like i was hassling him for talking. I had inquired about a lexas they had and wanted the best out the door number, im from houston so it would have been a 4 hour drive to the dealership. So when he called me, he was already disrespectful about me not being able to come to the dealership. It is already unfair to think that a client would need to drive that far without a solidified deal in place. So then the next day Mr. Boyd calls me again and completely forgets the conversation we had the other day. He stated he was just doing his job and reaching out again was required. After telling him that I don’t want to drive 4 hours there without a deal, he then begins to say well I’ve done all i can I have other customers walking in and out. He acted like talking to me was a hassle and kept trying to hang up, this is not acceptable customer service. He mentioned no one would give a deal over the phone, but I have purchased many vehicles in Dallas including Toyota of Irving which did the whole deal over the phone with me. Ryan Boyd and the staff here need to learn how to treat customers with respect. You lost a customer!
