My mother and I came into the dealership to purchase a new car, as soon as we entered a field face approached us his name was AK, he was super helpful and excited to assist us. He showed us a few car and was very knowledgeable about all features and cars. We finally decided on a beautiful car and it was a great time and experience.

Our experience at Toyota of Richardson was easy and painless! Corbin Martin, our sales rep, was great at helping us locate our future vehicle and made the process super easy and quick! We arrived at 11:30a and drove off the lot by 1:25p! Everything was top notch! Couldn’t recommend them more!

My wife bought her first car ever here last week and they made her experience smooth easy! She knew exactly what she wanted, but was nervous about going through the process for the first time. Cristina Soto made her feel comfortable got her from the front door to her beautiful new car all in one trip! We both love her new Rav4!

An excellent service from Mr Chin on buying our first Toyota. We got a great deal on a GR 86, which is already a hard to find vehicle. Patrick helped us seal the deal and overall really happy with their sales process.We wrapped up late at night and Chin even drove the new Toyota to my house! That was incredible.Super thankful as it saved me a ton of time and effort.There are mandatory dealer add ons, so keep that in mind vs the SRP price shown online.

I was looking for a lower interest rate. Came in and met with Jacob Campbell and he helped walk out with a bran new 2024 Camry. My payment went up a little bit, but I have a bran new beautiful car ! My interest rate is half lower too !

Good customer service, friendly employee, I was welcomed with a bid smile. Overall, the whole experience was a memorable one. The manager, finance manager, and sales manager are all amazing people. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family members because they are the best I have ever seen. When you go to buy a car it's usually quite difficult unless you find yourself a salesman who's not just trying to do his job but make a friend along the way. I felt full trust in Bobby, he went out of his way to make an absolutely amazing car buying experience that cannot be topped. Out of all my car buying experience Bobby is the best man. If I can choose a rating to zero. I would! Our car not even 1 week in and had lights showing up. They said they had to Order a part that needs to be replaced. It's already 3 months in and the parts still hasn't arrived. There communication sucks. We've left them VM and they don't return your call. I had to go up there myself and the bad thing is the person that was in charge was the manager of the service his name Martin. Another thing is we had to set up an appt for oil change We had an appt to come in and they said it's 2hr wait. What is the point of having an appt? This dealership and there service really are terrible. If I can go back I would not buy from them. Worst experience ever! If you read this do not buy from them! Thank me later!

The purpose of this review is to bring awareness. From this dealership, I will explain my situation. It all started with me looking for a vehicle and nothing too expensive. The choices were vast, but the ones I liked had too many miles, and my bank would only finance them if they were within their guidelines. So, I got an idea and searched for a Honda Ridgeline in 2019. The purpose for the model and year is that I had one brand new and sold it back to the dealership for a bigger purpose and offloaded some debt. So when I saw this Ridgeline from Toyota of Richardson, which was partially identical, I was excited. Now this dealership is far away from where I live, but I wanted that vehicle. So I talked to the salesperson who eventually sold me the vehicle and seemed friendly but, from my experience, lacked procedures, as I will explain. So I got there, and the Salesman had told me to come here. I will give you the best deal, I promise. Really? So I drove it around the block at about 35 miles, which was the speed limit, and gave it some gas in certain areas. It seemed normal from what I recall from owning one just a few years back. So, I wanted this vehicle, so I said, let's make a deal. The next stop is the finance department. So Mr. Sam Karr was the finance personal who attended me, and like all, they seemed nice until it got down to the numbers. Like most dealerships, they will try to sell you a warranty, and this was no different. Only get one there if you will use it there. If not, it's a $100 deductible if you use it somewhere else. So, at this point, I just wanted to go home. I had a long commute home, about 2 hours or so with traffic. So the next day, I went and picked up the ridgeline, and the Salesman said sorry we couldn't fix or touch up the shifter console after he stated they could do that, and in the back of my mind, I was like, wow, I could have done a better job detailing the vehicle. At this point, I was like, fine, I want to go because, again, it's a long commute back home. Well, this is where it goes downhill from here. On the way home, about an hour or so in, when traffic had lightened up, and we were now doing around 50 and 55 or so, I noticed the ridgeline studdered like losing power or jerking a bit--the best way to describe it like if you had some bad gas or something like that. Immediately, I said oh and quickly dismissed it as, ok, maybe it just had bad fuel and needed some super unleaded. Again, remember I wanted this ridgeline and was giving the dealership the benefit of the doubt. So it went on like that for about two weeks, hoping this jerking movement at speeds from 45 to 55 would disappear.And to make matters worse, in those two weeks, I noticed a rattling sound on the right side and thought that was very unusual. It was a used vehicle, and the previous owner might have tweaked it, but it was strange, nevertheless. So, at this point, I was waiting for my plates to come in so I could go to the dealership and explain my experience so I would only have to travel once that far. Well, in about that same time frame, the Salesman calls me and says, how's everything going, and I tell him everything I have experienced thus far. He says no worries, just come up and see me, and we will see what we can do. I told him, ok, once I receive the email that my plates are in, I will head that way. So I get the email the next day, and I make my way up there Monday morning, pick up my plates, and see the Salesman just like he instructed me. I explained again my experience and said, let me get my manager. After that, I never saw him again. So here comes in one of the managers, Mr. Miguel Alvarez, who I was waiting in the office and asked me how he could help me, and I was like, excuse me, I don't understand your question. I advised him to call the Salesman, Mr. Jacob Campbell, who had sold me the vehicle, and the one who advised me just to come and see him. We went in shopping. We basically just wanted to go in, ask questions, come back do more research before making a decision. However, Mr Chin was able to help us tremendously as we navigated the multitude of questions we had, while being extremely patient and making we were good. A day that started with a bunch of questions ended up with a well informed decision in getting our family car thanks to Mr Chin. Looking forward to coming back for another family car when we are ready.

This was an amazing visit !! Jacob Campbell was very professional and knowledgeable! We have purchased vehicles in the past but nothing beats the time and process as this .
