I have tried calling many times over the last couple weeks with no answer and no way to leave messages. I have lost the spare battery cap for my TG8030GA scope and I would really like a replacement. I am totally fine with paying for it but I have had zero luck with customer service or with numbers for office in Texas.

Horrible customer service. I sent several emails through "Contact Us" with no response. I called their phone number. I was on hold for one hour and the next day for another hour. They never answered the phone. I'm not sure I'll ever get a response.
