I always use this store for any Amazon returns I have and it is always clean and organized inside. The employees are always present and available to help if needed.

Had a disappointing experience at this UPS store with their passport photo service. I was told that if the photo was rejected by the embassy, I could request a full refund. The embassy did reject the photo due to background issues, and I provided official proof along with the original receipt.
I visited the store twice and then followed up over email as advised, but the issue still wasn’t resolved. A few staff members were quite rude and unhelpful during my visits, which made the experience even more frustrating. However, I do want to mention that one staff member was very cooperative and tried to assist as best as they could—something I genuinely appreciated.
Unfortunately, the manager, Neetu Goyal, showed no willingness to work toward a solution, even after I provided everything they asked for. I was told to return the photo for a refund, but the photo had already been submitted to the embassy, and obviously, I cannot get it back.
Overall, the lack of accountability and professionalism was very disappointing. I would not recommend this location for passport photos or for customer service in general.

Pedro and the staff are amazing here. I'll be back. Clean store welcoming environment. Light years ahead of trashy USPS. Can't wait for Wells Fargo to buy them out and make it private.

My first time here was to set up a mailbox. They were very fast and kind with my amazon drop offs. I also had to get notary done, they were very knowledgeable and walked me through the process!! Great staff!!

When I was there the other day, the workers were super nice and understanding. They walked me through the process of dropping off packages, especially with my international package. The process was super fast and easy!!! Would definitely go there again!

I had a very positive experience using the mailbox service at this UPS store for five years. I never had any issues picking up my mail or packages. They would also help me with any heavy packages. I’ve used the notary here as well. Overall very positive for me, though it can get very busy at certain times of day!

They always try to charge you for everything, even if you return something that has free shipping label. 🙄 they want you to spend money on tape (so you can attach the label) they charge to print the shipping label when others ups do ir for free and even attach (tape it) the label to the package. Bad customer service too
