The BEST UPS location for your needs in the Richardson Area! My Computer was not compatible to online services for creating my shipping label, after I explained my situation to Britt he got all of the details needed and provided a seamless experience. Can’t thank him enough.

I am here a lot to make Amazon returns, and the Arapaho Village UPS Store is always super efficient. I am always out of there in under five minutes no matter how many packages I have and the employees are super nice. Every single time. (I come several times per month.) No complaints.

I just popped by this location in a mad dash to get some errands run. Despite their location being under renovation, the two ladies helped me take care of two packages and a notary public signature in no time at all. Christina and Britney were wonderful.
