I’m pretty sure somebody was scheduled to be there, but the guy in the dress was super sweet super nice. We were literally in and out and maybe less than five minutes.

I came to this store to return a package and I didn't have the original box and the lady in this store told me that I could buy a box and I told her that it was okay and just because of that she got angry and when she grabbed the receipt for my package she threw it on the counter and I asked her why she did that her response was that she didn't want to give it to me in my hands she is very rude.
The other guy he’s very nice

Been coming here for years. They’ve always done a great job for me. Really nice employees. Even when I forget a box or something they take care of it with ease.

This is the only UPS store I go to. Great management, friendly efficient staff! I've returned packages to Amazon, had papers notarized, copies and overnight mail sent and I'm pleased with all services

Called ahead to see about Notary hours, was told they were available until 6pm. Only to get there, and be told the Notary at this location always leaves by 3pm. What a waste of time, in a time sensitive situation.

I walked in to print my resume & ended up taking a bit more than expected after another customer walked in after me. The man running the store gave me my documents for free to compensate for the delay. Great customer service as far as I'm concerned.

The lady there whoever is maybe is so unprofessional. Sorry that you may not like your job but you decided to work in a customer service field. Might want to work your professionalism.
