Just called about my package that had an issue regarding the delivery address. I was expecting such a difficult time and I did not want to call originally since I expected someone to answer and have no interest in helping me.
Instead, Jaspreet answered the phone and was absolutely incredible. She was super patient and actually looked into my issue to help me out.
I cannot believe how quickly she helped give me options and helped solve my issue.
She literally took all the pressure and worry off of me in a matter of seconds...
Honestly she was an absolute pleasure to speak with and so grateful I called and she answered!

Indian Lady in passport area wasn’t much help on what is a copy of a birth certificate when I order this copy from the official website a while back. She says I need an original one which I believe isn’t possible to get other than just another copy of it.

I really want to appreciate Kaur, Jaspreet for her exceptional professional service on my Case # 79069966. I sent email regarding an important legal documentation which is very important for me to get in one week. I complement Jaspreet for her very professional work and immediate action against my case complaint. She helped me in finding the priority mail on the very next morning.
Also, given that I raised the ticket on a Friday evening, I didn't expect service until atleast Monday but got an immediate response by Saturday morning. Thank you very much Jaspreet once again, you helped as an angel in disguise.
This action from her saved me atleast 20 days of constant emails and calls from me to USCIS and USPS.
I really have respect towards USPS services now.

I use the business services at the Belle Grove location on a regular basis. The staff is always friendly and very helpfuI. As a walk-in, I was also able to renew my passport with ease.

The manager had the dumbass idea to pull a front desk worker to the back at 9am with a huge line leaving only one person at the front to assist customers. And that person was doing the best he could dealing with a broken printer, having to move desks, etc.

Went to this location on Friday for a walk-in passport appointment. Started off with not being sent back and forth to sign up. The worker then proceeds to inform us that the only walk-ins they take are for expediting passports or else you need an appointment. Expediting costed us an extra $100 and the only reason the workers made up that rule is so they can turn people away to not have to do their jobs. Not friendly and not good explaining where all the extra charges came from. Do not recommend this one for walk-ins because they have a made up rule.

My package had been lost in the mail, so I called the post office. To my surprise, the customer service specialist Jaspreet answered on the first ring. I honestly wasn’t expecting a quick resolution, especially since the package had been missing. However, Jaspreet went above and beyond to help me locate it.
Jaspreet held the package at the post office for me and ensured it was safely delivered. I want to personally thank her from the bottom of my heart—she was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful.
Thanks to Jaspreet, I didn’t have to go through a long and stressful process of opening a case. She resolved my issue quickly and efficiently over the phone. Her excellent customer service truly made a difference. ❤️

Businesses should avoid using this location for parcel delivery if they wish to prevent potential issues with their shipments. The facility closely monitors shipments when more than five parcels are sent. The front desk staff, particularly the lady at the counter, thoroughly inspect each package. Be cautious when dropping off a large number of packages.

Today was my first ever visit for passport, great service from my experience. Coming from a resident from Plano , don’t ever go to the Plano post office especially for passport. Horrible employees they act like if they don’t get payed .

This is my nearest office, I go here at least three of four times per month, sometimes even more. Never had an issue with anybody, all employees are nice and they greet me every time I go to the counter. Once, I deposited a package at the mail box inside the office and realized I had pasted the wrong label to it, the guy who took care of this issue (I wish to remember his name) was so kind that he even went to look for the package and return it to me. I needed to show ID and tracking of course. But all good.

Don't expect them to be super nice people but compared to other USPS this one has some of the better ones. At least they aren't straight up rude like other USPS. They aren't super friendly but they aren't mean either. You treat them politely they will treat you well in return.

Driver took package from my letter box that was a birthday present.
