Is said that when someone from Vibe Car Wash tells you that they are going to call you with in 48 hrs regarding car wash accident n my car that happen on the 11/12/2025 and they still haven't called regarding this accident they said they were going to check the camaras it doesn't take a long time to check the camaras to see what happen

Do not get a subscription here if you ever plan to cancel it. My late husband and I had a monthly plan here and then Vibe bought them. Then my husband died so I moved the plan to my credit card. I have since moved from Dallas but they keep charging my card even though I have called to cancel and gone into the store to cancel. Because the original account was with my husband and his credit card I cannot access the account and use the app to cancel. Each time I talk to them they assure me it’s canceled and then a few months later a charge shows up again.

I’ve been going here for a few years now, vibe took over the old place not too long ago and made it a treat to come back every week! i’ve had the pleasure of alailah (sorry if i mispelled) helping me out when i come back. between her welcoming and kind demeanor and the new benefits of this business, i’ll definitely be continuing to be a customer here!
