The pharmacy has its positives and its negatives. So for one of the negatives it's about whether or not you're going to be able to get your prescription on time.
One of the positive things about this place is that you will be able to get your prescription and it will be in a timely manner.
The staff is courteous and I haven't as yet found any particular person that stands out for being inconsiderate or unwilling to serve you. Which is the reason why I'm going to give it 5 stars!

The pharmacy staff need to take training, how to talk with a costumer and she was rude when I ask about medicine.
It took 5 days to get my prescription it is better to choose next time CVS or Walmart pharmacy, has better service and thier staffs are polite than Walgreen on this location.....😡😡😡😡

With minimal exception, the staff is, generally, rude, rushed, ill-informed, inattentive, and indifferent about customer needs.
This location closes early, before the posted close time and ignores you when you try to call that to their attention,
Further, this pharmacy does not fill early - some of us need medicine in the morning and don't particularly love the idea of having to wait for your location to get its act together on any given day in hopes of filling it.
This is the most lackluster and poorly managed location I have had the displeasure of using.
Despite the negatives, it gets a two-star rating and not a one because * some * of the staff are kind and helpful, if you can find them.

The pharmacy staff is not capable of answering the phone in a timely manner got hung up on twice. The pharmacist cares nothing about patients or patients being without medication or filling medication in a timely manner.

All of the pharmacy techs here practice 0 communication skills. There was an issue with my insurance, and it didn’t occur to anyone to call me and let me know. They had to wait for me come in person, frustrated as to why my prescription hasn’t been filled, to explain to me the issue. All I wanted was a phone call- instead I get radio silence, and rudeness when I come in person to ask what’s wrong. I called my insurance and fixed the issue in a matter of minutes.
These people don’t have any idea what they’re doing, they’re unorganized, and are very rude.

Just for cold packs and personal items. The staff helped me to fine all I needed and answer questions about other items.

I really don't know what is going on with this pharmacy but I have never had as many issues as I have had with this location. There always seems to be some issue with the medication that is called in for me, or there is a delay, or they need to wait for their supplier to have more. There have been issues with them entering in the wrong instructions to where my insurance will deny covering the cost. I almost had to pay $46 for a medication that would have been $0 because they entered in the instructions wrong on how to take the meds. I had this one transferred to Tom Thumb and I had no issues. Most recently I was prescribed a steroid pack, that was supposed to come in a package that had instructions on how to take them. Instead, I was given a regular pill bottle with pills with NO instructions. Assuming I was to take 1 a day I did. but I called the pharmacy to be sure and it was one of those steroid packs where I need to take 6 first day, then 5, then 4 etc. I had no idea. I dont understand why this location is so terrible and inept. I have fully switched to Tom Thumb.

Amazing pharmacy I had to get a vaccine and was nervous but the pharmacist was super nice and helpful and walked me through it and explained everything and how important it was to get.
