I had to urgently get medication, and my doctor sent my prescription to this store since it's the closest to my job. Soon as the doctor sent the prescription I rushed to the store. It was right before their lunch break and it wasn't ready yet. But this amazing young lady Kim was kind enough to work on it right away. In 5 minutes or maybe less, I had my medication and was out.
Thank you so much for your prompt and outstanding service today.

At Walgreens on 500 Centennial Blvd. Richardson Texas there is an amazing young man that works there his name is Andrew. He only works on weekends because he goes to school during the week. Walgreens is very lucky to have this young man and hopefully he will stay for a very long time and become a pharmacist one day. He goes out of his way to make sure that you are taken care of even when you call on the phone or go in person. He really is a good example for customer service and goes above and beyond. It’s very easy in today’s world to give negative comments about people, but it’s very rare when you hear something good. The very best need to be recognized and appreciated for all the hard work that they do going over and above. Walgreens take note!

Horrible pharmacy. They never have meds in stock. My husband had to go 4 days without his meds, which caused major side effects and health issues. It appears they do not care about their customers health.

Unfortunately, this location lives up to the general experience of underperforming customer service at Walgreens. Employees do not seem to be concerned with tending to customer needs.

Avoid this location if you can. I've had pickup orders canceled for no reason, long wait times, and customer bad service. Employees are always standing doing nothing while people wait in line at the register. The manager always looks mad, and no one wants to help customers. The ones that do help people look like they hate their jobs. The only reason I gave two stats instead of zero is because there used to be a nice gentleman named Iqbal but doesn't work there anymore.

Sadly the customer service at their pharmacy is very poor. We have gone here for 20 years. Up until about a year ago, they had excellent service. Both in the pharmacy and the store. I have seen the pharmacy go down hill over the last 6 months but today was the absolute worst. Very unprofessional staff and they do not care for their customers at all. I was so upset with the pharmacy staff, I had to walk away from the counter. They lost one of my prescriptions after filling it (they could not find it) and then would not apply a coupon to one of the others. They were so incredibly rude. Fortunately I was able to talk to the Manager of the store and the Manager of the Pharmacy after waiting 45 minutes and Jay was able to help. Such a shame that their pharmacy has gone down so low in service.
