This is strictly for the pharmacy now that they outsource the majority of their prescriptions to be delivered to them. I hurt my back and urgent care called in 3 medications to alleviate the pain until I could get to the doctor. My dr called in all my prescriptions to the Tom Thumb down the street everything was ready in 2 hours. Meanwhile Walgreens still hadn't filled mine from the previous day. I really hope they're keeping vital meds on site for their patient's that can't wait over 24 hours for their medications.

THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!! The pharmacy is the worst they are rude and have no customer service skills at all. I am going to move all of my prescriptions from this pharmacy. The frustration they cause is unbelievable. Only gave 1 star because it required it. Other wise they are a big ZERO

Pharmacy was a comedy of errors. I went to the Pfizer site to specifically get their Abrysvo RSV vaccine per my PCP's recommendation. Pfizer led me to schedule my vaccine appointment via the Walgreens site based on its availability.When I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment, they decided that I should get GSK's version. It took fifteen minutes to fix that. Then they asked me to fill out the blank questionnaire that I had already filled out online , which I refused, having already "signed" it electronically.The cherry on top was when after finally getting the vaccine, I asked the pharmacist, who didn't attempt to hide her displeasure, if I needed to wait (which is typical for most vaccines). Her response? It was up to me. I toyed with the idea of faking a seizure in the lobby to test her gastrointestinal regularity. ;-)

So here is the thing Walgreens executives. You put the acetaminophen behind locking mechanisms to keep them from getting stolen, but.... you also just lost a sale on a 25 dollar bottle because the inconvenience of having to walk around the store to find a clerk to open it for me was enough that id rather just grab it when i go to the grocery store next. genius plan.

This Walgreens location is my favorite!!! First off I called this Campbell location to see if I needed an appointment to get my 2nd shingles shot, nope. Yay! Unlike the location on Buckingham which gave me the run-around. The dude (at Buckingham!) who gave me my 1st shot hurt me like no other shot I've ever had before, and I'm NOT a wuss! Today I received my 2nd shot and hardly felt anything, perfect!

The drive thru pick-up window has been broken (shoot out) no sign about the inconvenience. Being handicapped it is very hard to park my car and walk in. No one in store offered any help! Very disgusting environment. I called corporate headquarters and no response.

I'm here from Milwaukee Wisconsin to attend a family event and I needed a last minute item. I went to the make up counter to ask for assistance and the cashier was just rude!!! I was asking her about a product and she cut me off and was nasty disrespectful!!!

I have never had an issue with the actual store but I will no longer continue business with Walgreens after the recent plan B pull decision. I hope they can lean towards women’s health and make better choices!

Slow checkout. 6 of us waited in line while the cashier helped a time-consuming customer. There were no self-checkout options. A second cashier would have been helpful, at least when there was a long line.
