I walked into the branch at city line at approximately 4:30 p.m. There were three individuals present. Two males behind the counter one female standing in the lobby. There was absolutely no customers present and all the individuals were simply standing around talking. The female asked how could she help and I informed her that I wanted to open an account. She communicated that she could not help me as they were about to close. I am very confused as to why a bank turn away a potential customer/business. This a business after all.I understand it is the day after Christmas but customer service is important. Employees get paid for the full hours of work, therefore they should assist customers for that time frame.

Last year, I visited this location to open a business account. Given the complexity of opening such accounts, the employees seemed to nitpick over documentation issues. I was confident in the accuracy of my documents, yet our last interaction escalated into an argument. The manager promised to follow up with me, but I never received a callback. It's disheartening to see staff who appear uncommitted to their roles. Ultimately, I contacted Wells Fargo and successfully opened my account over the phone.

Only two persons staffing this place - teller & supervisor. No kiosks? No self-service (union labor replacements) machines.

I've been with Wells Fargo as whole for well over 5 years. My experience is always nothing short of amazing, but what I experienced at Cityline on 9/9/22 is hard to define with words alone! Its one thing to conduct business as usual, but its another when true value of a customer is TRULY shown. Theirs not a single person within that building who should not be recommended. I commend there hard work, and give my deepest gratitude for a job well done.

I drove across town to this Branch because both the Wells Fargo website and Google indicate they are open till 1:00 p.m. Saturday. arrived at 12:45 door locked. Wells Fargo needs to check their employees for trying to close early. If it weren't for the company being my mortgage holder, I would not bank with them. In light of their not too distant account fraud scandal, they should be doing every thing they can to keep/win customers. Update: to the thin black associate with a bun and a rust Mercedes, scurrying to run out the door, your still repping the bank when you walk out and you may want to take a refresher on customer service. Customers provide your means of employment, whether you realize it or not.

Mrs Jafa deserves a raise!!! i was having trouble with my savings and she didn’t stop until I was helped !!! A good location and she is very sweet she is the best❤️

I step in 4:35 and want open the Llc but they didn’t take me in because that take her 45 minutes to open the account!!!??

I have not been on a bank in a long while but this was one of the most pleasant experience . This was first time at this location . The Customer Service Mgr was my Teller. Melvin greeted me with a welcome spirit as I approached the customer line.He performed transactions correctly and professionally. Since the inside was not that busy , I had a few questions and He and I chatted for a few minutes. This was a good experience for me inside location'.. Melvin thank you for a good customer experience

Been sitting in the lobby for 30+ minutes waiting for a banker and I’m pretty sure that I’m not invisible. I’m going to another location tomorrow and hopefully get waited on . I’ve been a faithful customer for many years , maybe it’s time for a change .

Stopped in here several times during my lunch break. Nice location with friendly tellers and never a line. The parking situation isn't the greatest but good service.
