Nichole at the customer service counter has the absolute worst, nastiest attitude. I called ahead to make sure I could get a return for a single bag of odd tasting frozen blueberries, without a receipt, just wanting store credit; the girl that answered the phone said yes. So, I drive up there and Nichole says she actually needs a receipt. By the way, this is after Nichole and another worker make me wait for 10 minutes while they mark off some kind of work checklist, which Nichole is doing painfully slowly. Asking her co worker how to spell "avocado" etc. Just being slow, and difficult on purpose! When a customer is waiting for service, you should pause what you're doing, and take care of the waiting customer. That's just super basic customer service. She then scribbles down a 1-800 number to call for me to request the receipt I suddenly need for the $10 store credit. Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Natural Grocers, Sprouts, WOULD NEVER treat people like this. I absolute detest big grocery store chains like Kroger and these ghetto, miserable workers are a big reason why. Thank you Nichole, for giving me the best reason to never step foot into a Kroger again. By the way, I went to dinner a couple miles away, spotted a Kroger and they processed my return in about 30 seconds at this other location which just proves that NICHOLE was wrong, rude, and unprofessional. Bye forever, Kroger. YUCK.

This is my local Kroger and it's been good to us. I do see fruit flies occasionally in the produce area so it's not my favorite place to buy fruit from, but they are typically on point with everything else. The workers have always been kind to me and I like that they seem to hire people with obvious disabilities, but they do their job well.

I stopped in just to get a few items before work. The prices were a little higher than I was expecting but this store is in a convenient location. Check out was quick and efficient but being so early in the morning the employees were not very friendly.

They had EXPIRED FOOD! Look at the date on the blueberries. Do not good here if you want fresh food.

Can you please upgrade the help at the 2 self-checkout lanes? Many more people are circuiting through those than the traditional check out lines. You have 2 or 3 pretty good ones. You have a few that I avoid like the plague. Ill stand in line longer to check out through whichever one is staffed by the good ones. My wife already demands we go to Walmart (Neighborhood) down the road. If your help remains sub-standard, Ill just give in to her wishes and go to Walmart instead.

Had a horrific pickup experience at this Kroger. Upon arriving home after picking up my order, I found that I was missing at least 20-30 items. In addition, the bag holding the bread was placed in my trunk at the bottom of the pile of groceries, so it was completely smashed. What a waste! When I called to ask what happened, I was put on hold for 10 minutes, transferred by the attendant, then the phone rang again as if I had just called the store. She seemed surprised when she answered the phone, again asked me for my name, then realized that I was still waiting on the line after she put me on hold. When I asked what happened with my pickup order, the solution I was provided by the attendant (I got the distinct impression that she could not have cared any less about my order) was "I still have your items here" as if I were the one who messed up by not bringing them out, then she said "you need to come back and pick them up." What should have been a quick 20-minute grocery run became a 1.5 hour headache with multiple trips. Your money is better spent at another location, or, better yet, another grocery chain.

I never write bad reviews or take the time out of my day to do so but this was a horrible experience. I Placed an order for pick up for a couple packs of sodas and some beer for a party, I get a call from a very rude employee saying they aren't doing my order because it's more then five items and that she will be cancelling my order she hangs up before I can get a word in. I call, no answer call again, I ask her if she could explain more why they can't do my order if there isn't a limit of how many items you can order for pick up she then says " I already told you I'm not doing your order you need to come in and get it yourself" and hangs up. I understand if there's a staff shortage and they can't do a big order or if they don't even do "bulk" orders. They should really put it on the Kroger app in big bold letters. however i was more upset at the rude employee who definitely needs customer service training. That is not a correct way to speak to a customer I spoke to the manager and she just said "I'll talk to her" I placed my order 24 hours in advanced they could've definitely done the order and been nicer. They called me at 1 pm on 1/15/22 my order wasn't supposed to be picked up until 6 pm. Horrible employee and horrible management.

Groceries are not stocked. Might have a choice of two items. Prices at register do not match what is on the shelf. No checkers; only self checkout. The one service manager at the self checkout is usually checking out groceries for people who can't handle the registers so if you need help, you have to wait. Four people had to wait for assistance while she checked groceries for an elderly man. This disabled four registers until reset. Sale items were not on shelves, only pricier brand items. A lot of staff stocking shelves, but they were still empty. Didn't get it. I see Kroger as a casualty of 2022. Will be blamed on COVID, but other stores are managing servicing customers.

I don't know what's happening to my Kroger. One check out line. 10 people in line with carts loaded up. The self check out has three stations out of commission. The shelves are empty. No bagging clerks. Hardly a cart to be found. When you find one they are guaranteed to be broken, wobbly, or impossible to push. Don't give me supply chain bs. Why can central market be filled at capacity. Albertsons doesn't have this issue.

Very disappointed during my visit on Friday. There was a guy shopping with no mask. I couldn't believe he was allowed to be in the store! Do better, management.

I definitely try to avoid this Kroger location unless I want to get some sushi which is probably the cleanest and best thing in the whole store. The carts are not being kept clean, but if they are I have never seen anyone wiping them down regularly. The shopping carts are old, rusted inside and the wheels are constantly squeaking or making a lot of noise. I have to test 3-4 carts just to find one that isn't noisy. So, if you like shopping with a cart that goes clunk, clunk, clunk then you will enjoy this mess of a store. Kroger is almost always out of disinfecting wipes for customers, their are no markers for social distancing and overall the store is pretty messy, not to mention outside the store and the parking lots which are really bad looking.

Very disappointed today after my trip to kroger. As soon as I walked I realized they have relaxed in reference to COVID-19 . First , they don't sanitize baskets, they have supplies so you clean them yourself. I also witnessed people just walked in assuming baskets are clean. Inside, registers are dirty , workers stocking the aisles with merchandise, and the worse part expensive!!!
