  Typically, just go here if we need a money order. I think the staff may not actually know what they are doing, but they are nice and try to make sure you’re taken care of. There has been more than one instance when I’ve been there that they have been fighting with customers.

  This Western Union is inside the Tom Thumb, and its the worst one I have ever dealt with in my life. The Tom Thumb Store Director (Janelle Greene) actually wanted to write down my name, address, DOB, and Social Security Number on a piece of paper for her store's "logbook" for future loss prevention issues - unmmm seriously?! I can see a loss prevention from my end right there on the spot! FRAUD ALERT!! I kept refusing and she had the audacity to state that there is no way I can receive my money unless I do so, and when I insisted that I will not, she had the BALLS to claim that there is no way to put the money back into Western Union in-order to claim it somewhere else! Seriously? Two minutes later I had Western Union's fraud department admit that they can put the money back in the system because if I wasn't comfortable with this location I can go somewhere else. Thank you Western Union, and NO Thank you Janelle/Tom Thumb! In the end she gave me my money without giving her my SSN number! Hmmmm...
