Worst chicken salad ever- mayo & what tasted like canned chicken. No seasoning, no relish nothing. Service was very slow and the employees lacked courtesy and professionalism. Sign at the register said not to tip using a credit card because the owner doesn’t give it to the employees- cash tip only. Yikes! Not

Store owner has refused to issue a refund for an incorrect online order placed over a month ago. Avoid this scam of a location by all means, the negative reviews are legit!

Which Which is one of my favorite sandwich places. I normal come to this location and have a great experience. This time I went the service seemed ok. When I got home and looked at my order it wasn't right. I reached out to the location and spoke with the manger on duty Bella. Customer service provider by the manger was horrible. Bella is auguring with me about the order and what the order taker did and didn't do. After that call I went in my trash to get the brown bag out and it does show toppings that wasn't added and the stuff I didn't want.

Hands down the best sandwich I've ever had if it was only one restaurant in the I would choose to eat for the rest of my life it would be which wich. 10/10 I will most definitely recommend. the sandwich was delicious and perfectly made not sloppy at all

Chaos and bad attitudes here. Sandwich was OK. Wont be back. Four years ago i gave 4 stars but lowering to 2 stars. Almost $13 for Sandwich, chips, and drink.

I absolutely love this which wich location, the manager is the sweetest and is always more then happy to help, the food is amazing ( I’ve been to other which wich locations and they do not compare) and the employees are very quick and helpful.

I proceed to ask if they could put the ranch between the bread and meats and the lady replies that they can't do special request. I'm sorry but no other which Wich place ever gave me problems with my request. All you guys do is build freaking sandwiches. Why is it a problem taking a simple request on how someone enjoys their sandwich when the place is empty. Don't bet on the success of this franchise where simple requests are denied. After dinner combing she agreed to do it but starts to explain why they don't take requests. Cause people are particular about their sandwiches. Well I don't see how you are going to succeed not giving customers what they want. Good luck to the franchise owner!

I never write negative reviews, so I promise this warranted and not just me being crazy-- but the woman making my sandwich today was so rude, and was literally on her phone while making my sandwich which made it take 20 minutes!! Like a full on phone conversation, and acted like I was being unreasonable for interrupting her.like girl!! I understand that customer service gets frustrating, but you do have to do your job. Also, literally every other employee was on there phone and even though there was 0 other customers when I came in, it took 5 minutes for someone to come up to the counter and help me.Y'all, come on.
